“We have been at Lucky’s for over a year now and we attends daycare regularly and I can tell you I am still as impressed as I was when I first started. Busta loves going and he has so many dog friends and the staff are like family to him. They love him as much as we do. I can’t think of a better place where I am at such ease knowing he is being taken care of with so much love. Although sometimes I do wonder if he likes them better than us , lol! We will furever be a Lucky’s family !!!!”

“These folks have a stellar selection of small pets, including fish, reptiles, arachnids, mammals, and everything you could think of that you might need to use for their care.
The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and were quick to help us out when we came looking for something specific. Their tanks are all clean and it seems like they take great care of the animals in their charge.
Unlike several other local stores, they were happy to offer to special order something specific I was looking for, which should arrive soon! :)”

“Adorable shop , wonderful and caring staff . Helps animals in need. Wonderful assortment of high quality treats and other great items. A must when you visit Smithville”
“I've been coming here since I was a kid and I've always loved it! I adopted a very nervous rescue who was overwhelmed by the leash and hated walks. She escaped or chewed through every single harness I tried. I got a rope harness lead here and it changed her life. For 10 years now, she is the queen of the neighborhood, and she is very confident during walks. Thanks Buddy's!!”
“Wonderful staff! Everyone was friendly, upbeat. The were gracious and showed such gratitude for the donations.
If you have extra to give this shelter is a great place to donate.
While you're there pick up a best friend or two and change their lives.”
“Today we went to Petsmart to grab a big bag of Science Hills Diet cat food, and canned cat food for our cats. When we got to the register we were greeted by Kevin. I just had to write a review for how kind and nice he was. He let us know about the app and to be sure we activated the 5x points for the cat items we were buying. this in turn is going to save us $20 on our next trip. We are loyal Petsmart customers, and it’s people like Kevin that make us keep coming back. He was very personal!! Thank you!!!”
