Every single time I've gone to this pharmacy over the last 10 years or more it's been an issue. Today I'm done, it's always a long wait, there's always an issue. Today I arrived an hour after my doctor sent my script in electronically, arrived at the pharmacy and they said they didn't get it. Ok, I get it, sometimes technology doesn't co-operate.... After getting my doctor to send it again, they said now they got it, but it's going to be 2hrs and 25 minutes until I'm able to pick it up, because 30 people are in line ahead of me and also waiting... 3 people working in the pharmacy, 5 Cars total in the lot including mine... Maybe it's a one time thing? Nah, last time I had a similar issue. Went to a doctor over an hour away from the pharmacy for a surgical procedure, doctor called in pain meds. I arrived at the pharmacy in pain from the procedure hoping to get my meds and go home to rest. When I arrived I was told they didn't check the messages so they didn't get the script and I'll have to wait an hour. No concern, no care, just an attitude and indifference. I can go on and on, the store is decent, and as far as non-pharmacy items it's not half bad. For pharmacy items (the whole reason to come here) this place is the worst. Today they got the last penny that rite aid company will ever receive from me or my family for the rest of my life. Save your sanity, you can probably pay less somewhere else, and avoid the hassle and attitude.
