I went in on a Saturday and it was a little busy but that's normal. The gentlemen working were two of the nicest guys I have ever met, which makes me want to shop here all the time. I even questioned that the price was too low since it did not reflect the base pendulum adjustment, two new batteries or the several minute phone conversation on battery changing and suggestions on how to maintain the longevity of the clock. I expressed that I was more than happy to compensate him for his time, but Paul refused.
