Came in last Friday for an upgrade wanting the iPhone 14 and ended up getting the 15 and the Apple Watch instead. Jay was great at helping us understand our trade in values, our new phone set ups, and our bill.
Came in again on Tuesday to turn in our phones and we were seen by Leo and Edwin, who were just as great. The team has great communication and customer service skills. 100% recommend :)

The representative in this store had no desire to help me whatsoever. I asked him a question about my account, and my upcoming travel outside the country. He referred me to tech-support and basically shrugged his shoulders and said nothing he could do.
So I left and I drove to the Wayne New Jersey store, and I was greeted by Omar. Omar immediately took interest in my questions, answered them fully, and was extremely helpful. So I would suggest that no one shop at the Little Falls store and bring all their business to Omar in the Wayne store.
The representative in Little Falls seems to be interested in only selling phones to get his commission. Very poor business practice as far as I’m concerned.

I walked in and my girl Nataliz made the process so easy. I told her I hat I was looking for and what I needed to happen and she made it all happens and then some. I actually ended leaving with a whole mother device because she was so accommodating and informative during my visit. This willl definitely be my new location to visit when I conduct business. For the record to any of the higher ups that may be viewing this it was kind of hard to tell the store was open much less even there. The store front is far removed from the road. I work in Wayne and for a year straight I road by wondering if the store was open. I’m sure there is a lot of other customers that can’t tell you guys are open as well. But nonetheless your staff was great and Nat is AWESOME!!! Thanks Nat!!!

I came into this store for help with Sim issues I had. I went to multiple stores and spent countless hours on the phone and no one could assist me. After being helped by the team in this store my phone was up and running within minutes !! I highly recommend shopping in this location.
