“RWI… in a word, “FANTASTIC”. Russ doesn’t play games. The repairs performed are those necessary, period. Russ completely reconditioned my limousines complex HVAC system, including the addition of an aux A/C compressor dedicated to the rear system. Updates to the system accessories were performed, items I would not have thought to address on my own. Other repairs have been performed with nothing short of top-notch service, quality parts, and if I may, at extremely reasonable pricing. I have been doing business with Russ who is RWI for over 4 years. I don’t require service often, this in part due to Russ’s excellent safety inspection of my vehicle and repairs that are performed the right way without need to keep coming back for the same issue(s). I was paired up with Max who was an absolute gentleman; he made sure I was comfortable, informed and happy throughout the purchasing process. Even though the truck wasn't a Chevrolet, Max did his research on all the features and additional options that were installed on the vehicle. The business manager Luis was very transparent and responsive to my wants and needs when obtaining financing. Both Max and Luis were incredibly professional as well as being attentive every step of the way. No gimmicks, misleading figures, or sales tactics. “I had a great buying experience at McGuire GMC in Little Falls. I found my Yukon online, where I started my purchase process using the form on their website. First time I tried that and it was surprisingly convenient and easy to do. I was then contacted by a gentleman from the finance department who took a credit card deposit over the phone. They offered free delivery, which was both surprising and incredibly convenient. I opted to pick the Yukon up, since I was going to be in the area anyway. I arrived for pick up, where I worked with Jim. He was great, very polite and professional. Got everything taken care of quickly and easily. I had one minor issue after the purchase with the vehicle, which was very quickly handled. For this I dealt mostly with Rob, who was great. A real gentleman and extremely professional. Overall, I was completely satisfied with the purchase of the Yukon Denali, it is an amazing vehicle. I had an incredible purchase experience, the best out of the 20+ vehicle purchases I made at different dealers over the years. Customer service was stellar as well; before, during and after purchase.”
