I was in need of a rental car while my car was in a shop. Called ahead, showed up, picked a car and was on my way in less than 5 minutes. Dropoff was smooth as well. Would absolutely rent again from this neighborhood car rental.

I was helped by Kaylor, he was welcoming as soon as entering. I like to drive something nicer for my birthday, and he picked just the right one for me! He was also patient, even after a sudden bank issue. Super attentive and polite. Thank you Kaylor! This also marks 2 years I come to this specific enterprise and I’m still a happy camper!!

This was my second time renting a car at this location and Jose was helpful both times and made renting a car so easy. The vehicles were in good condition and it worked out well both times.

The staff at the Little Falls, NJ location are simply the best. They are extremely customer focused and really do exceed your expectations! Professional, courteous, efficient and vehicle selection is great... I highly recommend this location if you need a rental.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with Enterprise. I rented a car from them through my insurance company since our car had a tree fall on it. The repair took longer then anticipated and my insurance company paid the additional fees to cover the overage. This location charged my credit card for the overage as well. I talked with their District Manager Shawn and he claims that they sent the overage payment back to my insurance company. My insurance company has no record of the payment being returned. I talked with Enterprise corporate and they only show a adjustment was made but not sure where the funds went to. Shawn has not been helpful at all in dealing with this issue. My insurance company went ahead and sent me a check for the overage charged on my credit card and said they would deal with Enterprise from here on out. This issue has been going on for months with no resolution until last week. I will never rent a car from the Little Falls location ever again.

I've used enterprise multiple times. Never this location. I reserved a mid size suv. They didn't have it available and didn't tell me until after they swiped my card for the security hold. Wanted to put me in a compact suv at the same rate then asked for utility bills for using a debit card. When I asked for something a little bigger the response was sorry this is all you can get with a debit card. How about just say you don't have a mid size suv available and I can just goto a different location. I canceled my resevation. This was one of my weirdest rental car experiences ever.

Dior and his team are great. No pressure to rent and if you have issues they take care of you and fix it instantly. If I needed to rent a car again I would come back here.

Very bad customer service, the man on the front desk INSISTING to make me pay extra for a rental car through insurance claim, and telling me that i have to pay taxes as well, although the policy with the insurance says that I don’t have to pay a penny on top of my $40 a day even for taxes, unless i want to upgrade. I ended up going to another location and the employee will get reported.
