Store employee Faizan is extremely rude and quarrelsome, he treated me like a thief and was shouting. I will never come to this angry, aggressive and quarrelsome store again. Don't bother, otherwise you may be exposed to a lot of swearing and insults.

Guys behind counter are super lazy & very unprofessional, don’t pay any attention. God forbid you say excuse me to get their attention then they huff and puff and give you an attitude. I used to come here every morning to get my coffee. Won’t ever stop here again.

On our way back from New Hope, PA, my life partner, our two mutual friends and I stopped in for bathroom breaks and snacks. The staff was professional and friendly, and I, for one, was impressed with the vast variety of beverages. I expect we shall stop by here, then next time we are returning from New Hope, PA.

This place showed a price sign of 3.49 regular cash and 3.59 credit. I paid via APP and since its NJ I can only stay in car and let the staff handle the pumping. They priced #93 $4.999,50%more than regular. I didn't know that until I saw the e-receipt in APP. Is this even legal?

Dunkin donuts was visited. Worker seemed like he could not care about taking my order in a timely manner and after taking the order and I paid he sent several minutes standing around. Very poor employee

Please do not go to this gas station and they overcharge you on purpose. I gave the attendant my credit card and he purposely put $30 more than what I requested for. They are thieves. I had to even file a police report don’t come here.

So a few weeks ago I stopped by the Tiger Mart in Little Falls by Montclair State. I used my credit card and asked the gas attendant for a specific amount and I saw him put the nozzle in. Didn't set it for the amount. I asked him multiple times to please set it so it does not go over (as this has happened in the past). Of course it goes over. I told the gas attendant that when someone gives you their card and asks you to set it so it doesn't go over, they should honor that request.I went inside to let management know about this and the clerk behind the counter got instantly irritated with me, screaming at me, and told me to stop wasting his time while shaking. I'm assuming that's a fight or flight response on his part. All for no reason too. He is absolutely not fitted to work customer service, since he absolutely would not accept any feedback. I even told him that I didn't want to be repaid, I just wanted to let them know. Instant screaming and tantrums. I contacted corporate to let them know but not much was done.Corporate was contacted and I spoke to Rio via email, who "assured" me that this store's management would contact me between 3 and 5 business days. That time frame has passed and I have received absolutely no response. Rio even went MIA.This credit card situation happened a few times in the past but at this point it's a complete lesson learned specially because of how unprofessional the Tiger Mart clerk was and I just wanted to let people here know, just to avoid the headache of that place. Horrible service.There has also been a case opened with the Better Business Bureau as well. All I want back is a simple response from either Rio/corporate or Tiger Mart management.
