Made arrangements ahead for transport to cruise terminal. Told them exactly how many suitcases and carry on’s we had . Sent a car that could NOT even accommodate the suitcases nor half of them. Got on the phone with the owner. I assume it was and I told him he had to send a bigger car, he told me I would have to pay another hundred dollars because he underestimated the car. I told him I was refusing to pay since he made the mistake of sending a car not big enough for our luggage and I could get an Uber cheaper and he told me he would charge me a cancellation fee the morning of my departure instead of saying I’m sorry and Rectifying the situation. Would never use them again totally tried to take advantage of me sending a smaller car and then gonna screw me out of my money with a cancellation fee. In the end, I got a bigger car, but I still have to pay more money on it which I think was very unprofessional. It should’ve been sent for free since they made the mistake.

If you need a ride to the airport A-1 is the limo service to use. Lou has hired courteous and professional drivers. A friend recommended them and I'm very happy I took their advice. We don't ravel very often but A-1 will be my goto limo service in the future. Thanks Lou!!!!

We have used Garden State A-1 Car & Limo service for over 10 years and will continue to do so. The office staff is very helpful and available to answer questions. The drivers are pleasant and arrive on time. So if you want a great driving service, we recommend Garden State A-1.

I have been using this company for many years and will continue to do so. The drivers not only have gotten me to where I needed to go, they have often provided excellent advice when I experienced traveling problems. They are always punctual and extremely polite. I highly recommend them.
