Left this place 10 minutes ago and it was an awful experience. Not only it was rushed, I got cut, and the French design is so crooked! It’s not what I asked for. It was extremely overpriced. When I asked for the price they gave 3 different prices each time. I should have noticed that red flag but decided to try it anyways and regret it. I saw someone else get the same thing and paid $65. Don’t know what the problem was. Please save your money and go elsewhere! Will not come back! Paid $140 should’ve asked for my money back! Extremely disappointed!

Came to get nails done at nail cafe, which I normally come to, pedicure was fine but my manicurist Michael was very rude when I had asked him to fix my nails due to them having air bubbles (shown in picture) . We were trying to work on a solution to fix the problem, but he became impatient and rude. As a result of his attitude I requested my money back but he said he couldn’t refund me for his labor. I reminded him I gave him a tip to assure him that I appreciate his efforts. He instead went to the extent of tossing the tip back at me and giving me a dismissive “bye” . Although the manager tried to keep the peace I believe my concerns were being dismissed as she was guiding me towards the door. During this time I was keeping composure explaining her nail tech’s behavior who was still bantering in the background. I never experienced this kind of service here before and hope no one else has to endure it either. I will not be coming back

Requested style: I loved their different designs and I wanted to try something new which I was very pleased on the end result.

10 dollars per toe extension - mind you this is separate from the gel pedicure cost. Never heard of it! And the staff assigned to me was so rude about it. Just getting a foot washed, not massaged or anything, barely 7 minutes was 30 dollars. Decided to end my services, paid and left. For any one in the neighborhood there are other great places around.
Stylist: Wasn't first time there, but didn't enjoy the service.

I was charged for a special pedicure $65 that should include a 10 minutes massage.
The Whole pedicure lasted only 12 minutes with a poorly done massage, very disappointed I had to wait for half an hour for a manicure when some of the pedicure ladies didn’t have customers, very bad management

Outstanding Experience at Nail Cafe**
I recently visited Nail Cafe, and I am beyond impressed with their services. The nail designs are absolutely stunning and meticulously done. The salon is immaculately clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure every customer feels cared for and pampered. I highly recommend Nail Cafe to anyone looking for top-notch nail services.

Well I wanted to try this place based on some reviews but this had to be false advertising ok my first time there and never again I paid $195 for press on nails these have to be the most dumbest thing I’ve ever spent money on I went with my daughter she asked for almond shaped and came out with Dino egg shape and we couldn’t even get a design I honestly wish I could take them off and take them back. UPDATE this is my day 2 nail

Went for a pedicure with tips on my big toes, and the lady was extremely rude, she didn’t want to do my toes, she kept grabbing my feet whenever I was supposed to switch my foot instead of just saying it, had an attitude when I told her I didn’t like my toes and that they didn’t match. Horrible customer service and environment ……the first and last ….rude……and then pretend not to understand what I was saying when I was trying to say something about my toes….. I told her no need to finish them and left….. money and time wasted……..

Nice place to go...my go to salon. I appreciate them using newly sterilized nippers and cutters for each client. The place is clean and the ladies are great....I usually go to Eunice, Hannah and Elena but the other ladies are also good !

I went here a few times and have enjoyed it. I've gone to Christina 2 times prior to my last time. The first time I liked my nails. The second time, two of my nails were crooked. So I went back and asked her to fix them since I was going on vacation. She "fixed" it in a minute by just filing the one part of the nail which did nothing. So I went back to get my nails refilled a few weeks later which would have been my third time with Christina and she was beyond rude and nasty. I showed her my nail idea and color I wanted. Then I politely asked if she could make sure the nails weren't crooked this time and showed her what I meant. She immediately denied that it was her fault and said it's my nail and that my nail is crooked. I said I understand that my finger is slightly crooked but I've never had an issue before and I've been getting my nails done for almost 10 years. Plus Christina did not make them crooked the first time she did my nails. She repeatedly said how it's my nail and that it grows that way. I kept assuring her I knew my finger was crooked but I don't understand why I never had an issue with my nail being crooked and it wasn't an issue the first time she did my nails. She said she didn't want to argue with me and I agreed. I said I wasn't arguing or wanting to argue I just wanted my nails not to be crooked that's it. She said she couldn't do that. I told her I never met a nail tech who said they couldn't do a simple request that a customer asked. Christina started getting very rude and kept saying she couldn't and wouldn't do that. So admittedly I was not in the best mood at this point and was very frustrated with her. Then she said she wouldn't do my nails and she stormed off. Thankfully Kim was very understanding and I explained what I meant. She fixed my nails perfectly just like I asked and my nails weren't crooked. She even said afterwards it was a simple fix and that I can go to her from now on. If it wasn't for Kim, I would not even think about entering nail cafe again. Christina is the only person who really does that designs. For someone whose main target is doing designs, I was not impressed at all and I wasn't thrilled with the designs each time she did it. DO NOT GO TO CHRISTINA unless you want an attitude, designs not exactly how you wanted (even when a picture was shown), or your nails crooked.
