Horrible service will never buy a Jeep/Dodge again or come to This dealership ever again. Ongoing issues with radio delaiminating that fiat Chrysler 1800 customer service agree to pay directly. For some reason this dealership does not accept dealer notes so had to pay and wait for reimbursement. Was talking to Nicole service manager over the phone for months but every time I went to dealership she was busy with a customer or wasn't in the office. When I finally went in to change radio waited 3 hours for them to tell me they have to confirm the price and authorize after I already agreed prior that I would pay before coming in (from a male service manager). Also they took a copy of driver license and credit card which I didn't understand Why you need a copy of my credit card on file completely unsafe and illegal. Young lady said for accounting. 1 hour service turned into 7 hour service job.

Take the negative reviews seriously. There is a pattern here, and my experience reinforces them. I can't decide which dealership is worse: these folks or the ones at Dover Dodge. Firstly, it's an impossibility to get anyone here on the phone and your calls are transferred on an endless loop. Not a good sign. Instead of getting my questions answered via phone, I showed up in person because no one would take my call. They had the car we wanted, and we stood in the middle of the showroom. Several employees looked at us, but no one got up to help us. Eventually, I walked over to a group of them and asked them if someone wanted to sell us a car. They looked annoyed. I guess they don't like making sales. Aggressive, aggressive, sales tactics. Know your prices. The price quoted for a BASE MODEL Dodge Hornet with limited options was hilariously overpriced, and the price quoted would have made BMW blush. Lots of fast talking when I declined. Salesman also wouldn't budge off of this price he quoted. He appeared overwhelmed when I showed him how I did my homework, and that Dodge's corporate price quote for a higher-optioned car was significantly less than what he offered me for a base model with limited options. At this, he stammered and didn't know what to say. Needless to say, I thanked him and we left. Went to another dealer who set us up with a fully-loaded Hornet, which had more in it than we even wanted. The price was significantly cheaper. We were treated with dignity and respect. They laughed when we told them about our experience here. Only thing I got from this place was wasted time. Know your prices before walking into this place, but I wouldn't recommend ever considering business with them.

Unpleasant visit to buy a used car. Price advertised online and confirmed via email prior to visit has been raised the day of the appointment. Refused to honor the original price. Sales manager provided different excuses throughout the visit (error, work done on the car). Complaint made with the NJ Consumers Affairs for Price Gouging / Deceptive trade practices.

this dealership decided to call me back a week after getting my car to change the contract on it for no reason. as i was reading the paper mr rodriguez in finance started yelling at me to return his keys when i was simply just curious as to why they were raising the price on the car. he proceeded to scream in my face causing me to call my husband and they started screaming at one another. i am very disappointed by this the seller sam was very sweet and called me to ensure me that i did not need to give in the car. RODRIGUEZ had made a mistake and took his mistake out on me. i do not recommended this dealership they have unprofessional people working there. i hated my experience here and i am now carless because of that unreasonable cruel man.

The worst and unprofessional place! Don't get a car here. Unfortunately, I got my here in Jun and 2 months late I'm still waiting for my plates. The sales representative lost my proof of address and he's blaming me. How did he close a deal without a basic document? Ironic right? Now he said that the finance manager sent to the wrong department. This place is a mess! Not mention that he has no manners. Plus, he is demeaning me to pay him instead of the bank. So shady! And if you try to contact them, it's just waist of time, because no one takes the work serious here.

Listen I completely understand that buying a new car can be an unpleasant experience. And, that car dealers often can not accommodate the customer with the price that they have in mind. That was my experience. They offered an incredibly low price for my trade. Much lower than another dealer I shopped with. Which is fine. They also wouldn't budge off of MSRP for the vehicle. Which is also fine. Ok, not really fine but I can almost live with that as well. My problem with Route 46 Jeep is that they tried to play games with the manufacturers incentives. I did my research prior to going to the dealer. There were 2 incentives available on the Grand Cherokee. One for $1500 and the other for $2000. That's $3500 off. However when I asked my salesman, Ray, I was told there was only one incentive for $1500. And that the other $2000 was only available if I financed. Which was not true! It was a blatant lie! As I was walking out they told me... Hold on. The manager just found the other $2000 incentive. Found it? C'mon. I believe they were attempting to pocket that incentive for themselves which is completely dishonest and almost criminal. Wait, I think it may actually be criminal. I definitely do not recommend Route 46 Jeep and will never shop there again.

I have never left a negative review in my life, but this place has finally pushed me over the edge. Unless you have literally no options, you should not come here to purchase or service a car. We bought a car here last year and caught them basically trying to add charges without telling us. The total price was correct, but they had conveniently omitted charges but shown us a page that supposedly included all the charges. It was only when we went to lunch and started doing the math we realized it was wrong, and they tried to gaslight us when we came back. Nevertheless, we insisted on a lower price for lying to us, and ultimately bought the car. When I came in to get the license plate they didn't even have a license plate holder and were going to ask us to come back in 3 weeks when they ordered one. Luckily a service guy grabbed one off a rental for me. Out of desperation, we brought it in for someone to look at the transmission, which is still under warranty, and to mount two tires and change the oil. We left the car there and over a week later no one had looked at it or done any of the work. We called every single day, and every day we got the run around. We finally told them we were coming to pick it up after a week of not having a car, and could they please do the tires because we couldn't drive the car without that being fixed. At the end, they charged us more than they had quoted and didn't even apologize that no one had looked at the transmission for over a week. We will never go back. Only consider this place if you have tons of time to waste calling and visiting.

I had a wonderful experience here at Jeep Little Falls, as a first time buyer, everyone made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Enrique Rodriguez is my favorite finance guy, he help me understand how everything works and got me the best deal. Ask for Enrique when you get there. Also Ricardo was so helpful with my Jeep searching and Elvin was also very helpful. I’m glad to say I’m part of the Jeep Family and owner of a Jeep Grand Cherokee.

This is by far the most unprofessional dealership I have ever been to! Let me explain for starters I was told to drop off my car on July 19. I was told it will take 2-5 days. I don’t mind waiting however no one even called me to give me an update! I got my car on August 1st. Secondly, when I picked up my car I noticed my car's rear tires were worn out, I have a dodge hellcat and I had a brand-new set of tires on it. I measured the thread before drop off upon picking up my car my tires were worn out indicating someone drifted or did a burn out with my car. Nicole from service said she would give me a call, did she? No, she did not.If you are going to drop off your car here1) make sure you have a dash cam2) set your car to valet mode only !!

I scheduled an appointment to have an oil change and tire rotation. It took 2.5 hours and I only got my keys when I did because I went up to the desk to ask about it.Afterwards, I noticed that my car was scratched on the driver side. When I contacted them they looked at the scan of my car and stated that it must have happened while I was there. It took more than a week to get my car in for repair. I was told it would take 1-2 days. I had to call to find out when it was going to be done. There wasn't a satisfactory amount of communication. Each time I called, I was told it would be the next day. On Friday, I called two times and was told someone would call me back in 30 minutes. I told them I was leaving for a short vacation and needed my car back as early as possible. I did not receive the phone call until after I had left at 3:00.I received my car a week after I had dropped it off. Afterwards, I filled out the survey giving an honest review. I then received an email stating I was blocked. When I called to question it, someone from the Services Dept stated that the higher ups stated my business was no longer welcome there.I have filed a complaint with Jeep.

I have the worst experience in this place! the first day I went and I felt pressured to take a rental car, which of course we did not agree to! They kept us for about 3 or more hours and the seller went around a lot! the man who makes us sign the contract did it in a hurry without giving us a chance to read the papers, they didn't give us the car that day and we had to come back the next day! that day the treatment was worse!!! They didn't tell you 72 hours to take it to the mechanic! oh surprise, two days later, that was the day I had work off to take it to the mechanic on the way to a check-up, how the car ran enough, I stopped, the dashboard said transmission failure! we had to call a tow truck to take the car to where we bought it! for which of course we paid (supposedly they would return that money, this was 10 days ago) we waited 7 hours with our children for the tow truck! We wait two days for news and nothing! We called and no one gave us a reason, the seller did not answer the phone, we called back once! and he agreed to do it again but it didn't happen! So I chose to call it from my work! And oh surprise, I had put my number on call forwarding! To this day the car is broken and they don't know what it has! we still have to wait! without a provisional car and with the most hostile behavior for having called him from different numbers! friend send a text at least .. "I still haven't heard from your car but I'm waiting" because the service says we should talk to the seller! Today I call to say why they don't take the car for rent (the other time offering to rent a car) but to buy a new one or to refund the money, he says that it is a very long process! and of course he has a car to give us immediately if it is for rent but not if it is to replace the one we already bought or buy another! under the Lemon Law you have 20 days total to fix it! counting all the repairs you need within the 30-day warranty period that you are offering! read your contracts well! If I could put less, I would

I am beyond impressed with the efficiency and professionalism that our sales person, Gabriel Dominguez, showed my husband and I. We have leased vehicles in the past from Rt 46 Jeep Chrysler Dodge. We strayed away a few years. Yesterday we came back. Again unbelievable service. Our transaction was a little more complex than others and they had us in and out. Gabriel went above and beyond by doing his due diligence and prepping everything prior to our appointment. This has been the best customer service I’ve experienced post Covid! Gabriel and his team have been accommodating and we appreciate doing business with them. Effortless! Thank you!

I've had some pretty bad experience with car dealerships in the past so I wasn't overly excited walking in, however I was very pleasantly surprised. Mubeen took amazing care of me and helped me find the perfect car for me and made the experience a pleasure. The finance manager was just as nice as was everyone else I encountered there.

DONT BELIEVE ALL BAD REVIEWSI almost didn't come in to buy a vehicle because of a lot of 1 star reviews. I took the time to read them all and then got thru the bad and read all the 5 star reviews and I knew something wasn't right. On the 4th of July I decide to drive down and see the Durango I was interested in. My dealer was a young guy named Isaiah. At first I wasn't sure, because he's a young guy. He was great, he knew his job and how to do it properly. From the test drive, to the time I signed the papers, it was a 5 star experience.Customer service and first impressions mean everything to me, and Route 46 Dodge really impressed me, and THAT is why they got my business. As long as the service department comes through and takes care of the cosmetic issues with my 2022 Durango, I'll be 100% satisfied, and will bring attention to this great dealership
