I was a walk-in. Had a blow-out and riding with a donut tire. Leo took me right away. The Equinox was all checked out and tire replaced. Leo my service rep was great. He explained to me everything that was done. My day started out bad and ended up good. Thanks

TJ is the best salesman handsdown. He was very patient with us when we were choosing our car. He's also very knowledgeable and made the process so easy and seamless. Joe helped us with finalizing the paperwork, and we were in and out of there faster than any other dealership I've ever dealt with. Excellent customer service, I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism. We definitely got an excellent deal. Thanks TJ and Joe!

From the first step on the lot to driving off it with my new car, everything was handled and done with professionalism, courtesy and respect for the customer. I don't think I'd go anywhere else now to purchase a car. An all around excellent experience.

This is the second time this year I had a scheduled appointment for 7:30 am. And received notification after 2 pm that no technician was available to work on my car.The staff is very friendly but scheduling an appointment weeks in advance to have to be delayed with out being offered a loaner car or no discount is unacceptable

I bought my Chevy from Schumacher Chevy Little Falls in 2019. For the most part I haven't had issues, but I try to avoid dealerships as much as I can. The last time I went in I was told there was an issue with the catalytic converter and that it would be handled internally and replaced under warranty. Since that was the case, I scheduled an appointment and told them to order the parts they needed.I waited about 2 months before I called to follow up and see if the parts came in. They told me that they had the parts in and that they could take me in on 10/2, which I said was fine. I take the car in at 8:30AM on Monday and I decided to do my work in the waiting room while waiting for my car. At 11AM, they came out and told me there was a crack in the exhaust manifold and that this was not covered under warranty. They told me there was a misdiagnosis and that the catalytic converter was fine. I know on my Equinox the CAT is mounted right on the end of the exhaust manifold, so I figured it might be understandable but I was not happy. Instead of this being covered under warranty, it would cost me $1200 for a new manifold. I was told that only a GM dealer would be able to order the new manifold and replace it, so unfortunately I felt stuck and felt like I got played. I decided to have them do the work and proceeded to wait for another 4 hours until 3PM hit and they were done.The worst part about the whole thing, was that at the end they gave me a bogus inspection report. They checked every single item for the car as green and good to go, all 57 when I know that’s not the case. I have a small crack in the windshield and I know I have to replace my wipers, which they checked off as fine. They also said that they checked and filled the tires to 35 PSI when I checked myself afterwards and that’s not the case.This report was the icing on the cake. It looks like they wanted me to feel secure and not look into addressing any other potential issues until it was drastic so they could get more money. I could be wrong on this, but that is the impression that I got based on this.I’m the type of person who never bothers to put Google reviews unless it is excellent, or extremely bad. So you know this was a bad experience. For my troubles, I received a free oil change, which I’d rather not use with them at this point. I don’t plan on going back, I barely went to begin with, but this definitely sealed it.

Friendly and warm associates. My salesman was down to earth and not pushy. Plus I’ve never been given such a thorough explanation of all of my cars features- I think he literally explained every single button and feature my car has!

Just bought a car here, and though it was not the closest dealership to my house, it was worth it. I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Max who was an exemplary agent and gentleman. Easy to talk to, and extremely friendly, without any hardcore sales tactics, and kept his word of keeping an eye out for me if the car I was searching for ever came into his grasp. Not easy to find out there. Quite honestly, I considered myself very lucky to have come across him during my search as I ran into other sales agents who were unenthusiastic, uninterested, and/or not easy to converse with. Truly thankful for all of Max’s help. He even made the closing process easy and stress free.If you decide to get a car here, certainly ask to work with Max. You won’t be sorry. He truly wants to do the best for his clients, and help them feel at ease.

Although Leo in service was a complete gentleman and very polite the way your service wants to bill people is disgusting. I took my 2021 trail boss in which is the second time in 6 months. First was a trans issue fixed no problem. This I was told after paying $177 to diagnose it was the throttle body and needed to be replaced. I was told is not covered under my extended warranty. I was told it would cost around $775. I asked my brother in law who is a certified mechanic by trade to look at it. The part was $128 and it literally too 20 minutes to take off the old and install the new. How can you guys possibly change a person $775 plus the $177 to diagnose to complete that job. That is absolutely absurd and disgusting to do to people.

I called many dealerships while searching for an electric vehicle for sale at MSRP. Schumacher Chevrolet was one of the few that did so and was close to my home. The salesman Jonathan was great, respectful, and didn't try to push anything on me. I bought a 2023 Bolt EUV and am happy with it so far.

Very happy with the service. Miss Danny, the man who would great you when dropping of your vehicle, however ther persons who did great me were very profesional. Also, while waiting for my vehicle to serviced I was suprised to learn that water was only provided by vending machine at a cost of $2.50 - just a suggestion it would be wonderful if the water was provided free or at cost since this is sort of an essential need for everyone. I do appreciate the service provided and value the confidence I have in Schumacher Chevrolyet's service department.

Was referred to this dealership by my neighbor. We drove an hour away to come here. Was trading in a traverse that another dealership had screwed us over on, and I wanted to downsize to an equinox. Leo was our salesman and Mark was the manager that made it all happen. This is one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dealership. They’re honest, thorough and quick. When I had to come back a second time to drop off paperwork and to get my vehicle detailed, Mark made sure it got done immediately so I was able to return back to work. This is an awesome place and highly recommend!!

I can not say enough about, Schumacher of Little Falls. Everyone is amazing, kind, friendly, helpful, honest!!I recommend everyone I know to this dealership. Several of my family members have bought their vehicles from here…TJ is the best salesman! Krystal is the best service writer…very helpful and knowledgeable.Mark in financing is also the best and always a pleasure.
