I have been using personal trainers for over 15 years. The last 3 years has been with Ted Hale and it has been life changing for me. I have found my lifetime fitness coach / trainer and he is beyond exceptional.

Ted has helped me to overcome the fitness hurdles I have always struggled with and has led me to my current path of success. While I am still working hard everyday to reach my goal weight, Ted keeps me motivated and has not allowed me to run off track although I have wanted to many times. Of course, we all believe that we know fitness and nutrition. Like most, I have been on again and off again training for a few decades; yes..decades. It was time to tackle my weight issues, as I knew the road I was heading down was not a good one. I signed up with Ted. He is dedicated to teaching about exercise and nutrition, not just for a few months, but for the rest of my life. He explains why his approach works. It does. I see it myself as I have lost two inches in my waistline. I wore my jeans for the first time in over one year. I recommend Ted and his approach to everybody. Worth the investment.
