That is a shady place that gives toyota a bad name. Check your numbers before you sign.

I do not own a Toyota anymore and have lived in California for two years. I ask over and over to be removed from the call list. They do not care, they constantly call with oil change reminders. I am now reporting every robocall to the FTC and recommend anyone who made the unfortunate decision to give these people your cell number do the same.

After my last appointment, I was extremely uncomfortable with your center's business practices. I explained this to people who kept calling me and hounding me. I went in for an oil change, and you quoted me over $2200 worth of services and products--the tip-off transmission service. In the previous July, I had a Brand new transmission covered under my extended warranty. I took it to Glenrock Toyota, Where they told me my brakes were adequate and showed me where my brakes were. They also told me the tires were fine. I don't know what has changed regarding management style. Or if you guys are resentful that I had close to $10,000 worth of work covered under warranty, it seems you guys are trying to rip off unsuspecting owners. I know their oil changes are a little bit more expensive. I will be going to Glen Toyota, where are they conduct their business with more transparency and respect for their customers.

I went in on a whim, and left with a decent car. Traded in my old car and they gave me a decent price for it. I worked with Carolyn Fritz, she worked to get me the loan price I wanted. I would recommend them to friends and family .

The salesperson I worked with was very nice. Cool dude named Sriman Panda. Unfortunately right now, there are pretty much no new cars. A lot of used so I was unable to even test drive the car I was interested in. I would definitely work with Sriman in the future. Nice to have a good guy to work with prior to the dreaded dealership managers. I gave a 3 star review to the dealership because Toyota is just not putting out the new cars fast enough, but to Sriman, so far he gets a 5.

terrible experience!!! do not recommend... i have financed 2023 hybrid rav4 in august 2023 with toyota universe. i picked up my car's plates and registration on august 19,2023 from toyota universe. i noticed error on car's registration. they made mistake (mentioned leased instead financed) while filling for registration and title. i immediately informed to sales person roberto regarding their mistake and asked him to help me correct the error. due to weekend roberto couldn't help me right away but on monday august 21, 2023 he contacted jenn from dmv department to correct error on my car's registration as i have financed my car not leased. according to jenn (dmv department) i supposed to get my corrected car registration in 4 to 6 weeks from august 22nd 2023. i also addressed the issue to the manager mark rizzolo in december 2023 after waiting for 4.5 months for updated car registration. he gave me his personal number to contact regarding the matter but he neither answer my call nor reply my text messages. it's been six months today. i haven't received any phone call from toyota universe staff regarding my updated car registration and when i call them they don't have proper answer. they been telling me since last six months that its been under process and when i ask them for proof of process either they put me on hold and then hung up my call or ask me to call back after sometime. also, they charged me estimated fees ( $ 450 )for car registration and title. according to car financed agreement dealer supposed to refund any overcharged fee to customer. they supposed to refund me overcharged fees but i haven't received any refund till today. !!!the worst customer service ever!!!

I have leased two of my cars from Toyota Universe. I never wrote reviews, but I was compelled to write this one, because I don't want anyone to experience what happened to me. I had a oil change and tire rotation on Jan. 2024. I told them my front right tire is low on air and my symbol came on indicating low tire pressure, which was 27 and it should be at 36. When all done 1 1/2 hour later. The service employee told me there was a nail in my tire. He showed me a picture on his phone and said the position of where the nail is they would not consider taking the nail out because it might blow. I ask him if they could patch or plug it. He told me they don't do that and they recommend getting a new tire $315.00. I told him no thank you, but asked him did they put air in my tire. He said yes. Went and payed and then went into my car. Saw that my symbol was still appearing. I pressed a few buttons where they show the car and where there is a low tire. GUESS WHAT? THEY NEVER PUT AIR IN MY TIRE. I went back inside told them and they immediately took my car in the shop. I'm waiting 10 mins and I finally got up to ask if they are done. It doesn't take 10 minutes to put air in 1 tire. So now it gets even better. I called my previous mechanic in town to check to see if he can plug or patch the tire. All of 20 mins he tells me "THERE IS NO NAIL IN YOUR TIRE!!!" You have no idea how I felt at that moment. They are the worst dealership!! After my lease is over which is in July of 2024 I will never go or recommend Toyota Universe again! Now you thought that was the best. You just wait...I received a call from customer service Mariah. She was very nice, upfront and apologinic to everything I spoke about. She told me that the service employee Louis gave me someone's elses picture of a nail in a tire. I NEVER HAD A NAIL IN MY TIRE... What they do is LIE to the customer so you feel vulnerable and that you will just do what is needed for your car and you don't know better. I said to Mariah what if I bought the tire and I really didn't need one. She told me they would have found the mistake and I would of gotten my money back. She also said she would get to the bottom of this and would call me back the end of the day or the next day. GUESS WHAT? SHE NEVER CALLED ME BACK!! Do you really think I'm a fool? Do yourself a favor do not get your car service or buy a car at Toyota Universe its a big racket!!

Would give them 0 stars if I could. Long story short I wanted to buy a car they listed online so called them and made sure the car was available before driving from NY. Once I arrived for my appointment the sales guide me to his desk where we discussed the car I wanted to buy. After he said was going to go get the keys and bring the car up so I could see it. Well after an hour of waiting he finally showed up just to tell me the car didn't start or ran. I was super frustrated because I asked if the car had any issues before making the appointment and the sales rep assured me it didn't.

Criminals... just stay away from these thieves.... Advertised a car for 20k tried to sell it for over 30k on paper but verbal with the salesperson for 20...refused to show us the contract or numbers until after it was signed after spinning us around in circles for hours, borderline usurious interest rates, car had been rebuilt from a serious crash and that had been covered up / not disclosed. Currently litigating, just stay away from these thieves. Their reputation with Toyota Corporate is trash and they need to have security, because they keep ripping people off as part of their business model. Do yourself a favor and don't. Be sure to take photos of the vehicle's advertised price and document everything. Sold us a bunch of extra warranties we never asked for with zero documentation... criminals, just plain good old fashion dirtbags.

I saw online a car listed for 31,800 dollars. I drove all the way there, from Brooklyn, and when I got there and I asked for information about the vehicle and they inflate the price to 40,800. They are a bunch of liars and thieves. Stay away from this place.

I brought my vehicle to be serviced and ran into a service member named Gabby. Gabby by far is the worst service member Ive ever encountered. She tried to lie and cover up an issue caused by the mechanics working on my vehicle. Once i called her out on it, she became VERY dismissive and defensive. Up until that encounter, toyota universe wasn't bad but as long as they have service members like GABBY working there, they cant be trusted and should be avoided. I left this same review on google to make sure it reaches as many people as i can so they could hopefully avoid this bad service.
