I had an appointment with Tri-county, but it didn't go well. I was promised a trade-in value of $15,500 for my car and was told that the price of the car I was interested in was negotiable. I explained that I was working and had a lot to do that day, but I would take the second half off and drive to Tri-county to finalize if they were willing to work with me. Unfortunately, when I got there, the manager offered me only $13,000 for my car and was not willing to negotiate on the used vehicle. This was very disappointing since I was promised that they would work with me if I came in person. I felt that this was unprofessional and not a fun experience. I don't think I'll be recommending this dealership to anyone

My husband and I had a fantastic experience at TriCounty Lexus! Vincenzo Antignani was friendly, knowledgeable, honest and went above and beyond to make sure we found the right car for our needs. The financing process was smooth and easy, and I never felt pressured to make a decision. I would definitely recommend this dealership and to ask for Vincenzo Antignani!

Best car buying experience I have ever had ever. I have purchased many cars from many locations and from now on I will always keep an eye out for their large inventory for all my own car and family car needs. I worked with Justin who was extremely knowledgeable, had excellent customer service, and was very laid back and made the experience very enjoyable. Justin, quick thank you for all your heavy efforts to make sure the vehicle I bought was the best one for me.If you’re in the market for a vehicle, new or used, this is the place and Justin is the guy. Special shout out and thank you to manager Ed Habasi, amazing enjoyable guy who made the final deal great for us. Thanks for a great deal and some great entertainment during this process.

I visited the dealership to look at a Certified Pre-Owned. I was met by a young lady sitting at the desk, playing on her cell phone. She looked up momentarily and said “someone will be with you.” The “certified pre owned” car I came to look at was available. The advertised price was $24k. After test driving, I was “offered” the car for over $30k. When I inquired, I was told the difference was for “reconditioning, safety and the warranty”. Then came the hard selling tactics. Its experiences like this that make purchasing a car so unpleasant.

I was interested in learning more about the Lexus brand. A gentleman named Jim was my sales person, and he answered every question thoroughly. he definitely knows what he’s doing like the back of his hand. Satisfied and I will be returning to buy my first Lexus soon. Thank you so much for the help.!!

$4995 reconditioning charge?!? Liars.CPO'd 2020 NX300. Was a very good deal, but there were two accidents listed on the Carfax report so the price seemed good, but reasonable. Called and spoke to Paul who said "come today or tomorrow and I can get you a deal because it's the end of the month".We dropped everything and it was a mission to get there, but we did. However upon arrival, the salesman said the additional fees now included a $4995 reconditioning charge. In total, the vehicle, listed for $20400 on their website, was more than $28000 with taxes, administration fees, and this ridiculous $4995 fee. These guys are liars. Their tactics are misleading and predatory.I've owned Lexus' for more than 20 years and NEVER experienced something this slimy.
