Very rude. Not pleasant people. Had an Amazon return and it was in the same bag it came in which is how Amazon told me to return it (a clear bag) they told me nope not going to do very rudely. Instead of I’m sorry you can’t return it like this. You can buy a bag here. They are rude and not even smiles on their faces don’t greet people and say good morning . Every time I go it’s the same thing very mean and rude. Will not be going here anymore I will go out of my way to go somewhere else.

The worker in the, never smile, and was rude, unpleasant, and lack empathy. As I walked out store another customer said "she uses this location as a last resort. They are always nasty."Very rude, no customer service and they have frowns... A very uninviting establishment

I would just like to say that the owner of this UPS store is extremely rude. She posted job postings for high school children to work after school and weekend hours. She had my son come in for an interview. Did not take the time to be courteous and respond by saying he did not get the job by emailing him back. A week later I went in to find out if they were still hiring and they said that they filled the position. It is extremely rude that you make these young children come in for an interview and do not have the courage to respond to them and let them know that they did not get the job. I would not recommend using this UPS store find another.

If i could give it a ZERO! No greetings no smiles no nothing just SOURFACES! Its like they hate the customers. They hate the fact that they have to do some work when they’re at work. I ask if theres a way to print out a label as a courtesy the older gentleman with a strong tone said no its $2 even when I said i cant afford it he still demanded his $2. I felt so bad for the people that work there. They dont understand how to work in retail. They hate themselves let alone their jobs. What a ugly company!

Some of the most miserable and unhelpful customer service employees I’ve ever met.I felt compelled to write this review because I had such terrible service there.I walked into the store and was met with contentious looks. No smiles, no greeting, just sour faces. Looks of downright distain from the two employees as they saw the door open and a customer enter the store.There was one person ahead of me being helped and there was an employee doing something else behind the counter. She called me to come to her area.I had some Amazon returns. I pulled up the first QR code, “You needed to box this up. We can’t take this one.” Her tone was unpleasant and unhelpful. UPS sells boxes and packing material. This is an opportunity to up-sell me. It seemed like I was a total inconvenience for the employee.I replied, “sorry” and went to the next return.“How about this one?” The employee looked at me with a blank stare, mouth turned downward and agape. Scanned, processed, done.“I have one more.” I scrolled my phone to present the next QR code. My reception is apparently terrible from the store and I’m waiting for the screen to load. The employee proceeds to do nothing but stare at me. It’s so uncomfortable. I turn my screen toward the employee, “sorry it’s loading. It’s just taking a minute.” She continues to stare cantankerously and apparently struck mute. Maybe one minute went by and without a word from the employee, I gave up. “Sorry, I’ll have to come back another time since it’s not loading,” and I walked out.Got to my car, reviewed my Returns & switched the one from “needs box” to “no box.” Went to the UPS store on Valley Road in Wayne and was met with a smile and conversation from the UPS employee at that location. I will not be returning to the Little Falls location.

I highly recommend this UPS store. It has the most friendly and knowledgeable staff. The moment you walk in you are greeted and feel at home. They list out all your shipping options and give their professional advice to ensure you make the best choice for your shipment. It is a very professional and clean environment. They never disappoint!!!!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED i'd give them 10 stars if i could. Made everything so easy & simply for me Julie was the sweetest soul made sure my package was going out immediately because i was so last minute great energy in the store no issues what so ever had an incident at the last UPS location & maria & stephanie were so patient & helped me fix it as if nothing ever happened. love this store definitely will be back even if it's just to say hi i'd trust them to ship me out if possible.

I went to return some sneakers so it was a small shoe box. I was met with a lady that was cold and rude. She wanted to charge me $2.00 for a small piece of tape. ex. she would tape the box for me for a $2.00 fee ( I guess that was her courtesy) I'll give you a small piece of tape for $2.00. I would say six inches of tape for $2.00 instead of just giving me a courtesy as I didn't know the box needed to be sealed. If it was a big box I would understand the $2.00 charge but not a tiny box. I do not plan on ever going back there again! This was at the UPS in Little Falls NJ.
