Scheduled a passport and passport photo appointment over a week in advance just for them to call me 45 minutes before my appointment that their camera isn't working. They don't open until 10:00 AM on a Friday and they told me their camera broke just three minutes before open. I'm sure there were photos taken yesterday since their were booked, so it's hard to believe that their camera suddenly broke before they even opened. This place is horrible.

I sent a document internationally paying $76+ to arrive Express. Needed to arrive in like 9 days. Supposed to arrive in 5. Never got there. Told a month later additional paperwork required for final delivery RIDICULOUS. UPDATE: After notifying me a MONTH later that additional paperwork is required, which was not stated at time of purchase, they also reversed my credit for the $76!!!! Not only did they fail to deliver, I had to pay for it!!!! Will try to get my money back anyway.

Don’t ever go to this place honestly, won’t do any good. Tried to renew my passport and they took copies of ALL my documents instead of using my original ones and I have an urgent trip so now it’ll take longer for the passport to come. Go to a place that does their job right or you’ll be the one sorry. Worst place to renew a passport, obviously don’t know what they’re doing

I am Constantly showing mail on my informed delivery that I am all of sudden not receiving in my mailbox. I have a private key accessed mailbox in a building. I am not sure what is going on but something isn’t right and now i have to report this because it has happened MULTIPLE times.

Not exactly what’s sure with all of the negative reviews. I go here pretty frequently to drop off clothing and I never have any issues with the staff. They are very fast and efficient at what they do. Don’t take what everyone says as the truth. I’ll be honest, I went in earlier today and a customer was incredibly rude after being told that she needed to make an appointment for something. She then stormed out and cursed the lady out while there were CHILDREN in the post office. It’s not the employees who are the problem, it’s the customers.

If I could give NO stars I would. I have been having MAJOR delivery issues for over 6 months now. I live in a 2 family the mailboxes are labeled correctly and the mail carriers STILL do not deliver our mail in the CORRECT mailboxes that are CLEARLY labeled BY THE POST OFFICE!!! The supervisor is unprofessional and after 5 complaints to USPS.com, numerous messages left for the post master and even leaving a hand written NOTE for the POST MASTER there has been NO RESOLUTION to this day. The clerks at check out are fabulous but everyone else SUCKS.

This USPS location is the worst. They advertise a pickup service but never actually show up.They force us to pickup after 7pm everyday. When we try to address the issue, we’re told by various supervisors that pickups aren't really their responsibility and that it's like a favor they're doing for us. Is this how USPS or the government supports small businesses? Our seller account even got suspended because of their late scans.

This location is a hell hole. Packages get accidentally sent to other post offices after they are received at the little falls post office. Instead of delivering today, my packages are now at the Glen Rock post office. I live in little falls. Not only is the mail system they run inept but the male clerk that works at the desk is EXTREMELY RUDE - pretty much every time I've ever interacted was a bad experience with them.

I put my appointment at 10 am , came in before 10 the store is still close they open 10 am why would you put on your website for that time if ya gonna be close still and the guy in the counter calls for ppl for 10:15 am I’m confused but I still stand behind the lady they attended so it is my fault for not asking. But I told him hey I had an appointment at ten the guy says I wasn’t here and I’ve been here since before they open and he see that I’ve been behind the lady the whole time and also the lady in the counter saw me since she started opening the store. Why lie about that ?? I left the store because I honestly didn’t wanna Argue nor get attended badly. Also he spoke to me rudely. Am I wrong for leaving because of that?
