Wait time for drive up is ridiculously long!!!!! And that's with no cars in front of you!Answer to VB's Response: Valley Bank, thank you for sending me your response, unfortunately though it has nothing to do with delayed openings due to the weather today. This is recurring problem every week. This is the main reason I chose to do all my banking business with TD Bank. You should look closely at their model and duplicate it for VB.

This is the worst bank for small business. In this COVID economy, they do not make the funds available as per federal banking regulations. They want to keep charging overdraft fees,Stay away from this bank, they are not small business friendly.

I have had accounts here for 25 years. The fees have been steadily increasing and the customer service keeps getting worse. The ATM are frequently out of service and they shut them all down at the same time for maintenance weekly on Friday afternoon. They give a new meaning to "bank robbery "

We have a mortgage with Valley, refinanced from another lender. The only thing they have going for them is a low interest rate. Their customer service is TERRIBLE, and they continue to make huge blunders, which they neither acknowledge nor apologize for. 1) They refuse to accept ACH payments. No apology for this. 2) As a result of #1, they once lost a paper check, and called to berate us for a late payment. That guy was incredibly rude, which seems beyond the pale for a payment that is only 10 days overdue (which, of course, it wasn't). No apology. 3) They messed up paying our real-estate taxes, with the result that our city published our property as for sale at an auction. Again, no apology. 4) Without proper notice, they stopped sending paper statements, and we missed a payment. (It has been a very stressful time in the family, with an elderly parent's illness.) They managed to send THREE late-payment notices, mailed only days apart--but no notice of their change in policy. They insist they sent e-mail, but I have received none (not even in spam). Again, no apology from them. It seems from the reviews that our experience is hardly unique. And we have 800+ credit ratings. You can do better than these bozos.

Worst bank ever. Horrible customer service. Nickel and dime you to death-charge for everything-even for taking your OWN money from the ATM ($1). Hold forever with customer telephone service. Auto loan department overcharges you for interest. Had to file a complaint with FTC. STAY AWAY!!!! There are many banks that give you adequate service with many perks at NO CHARGE

Absolutely no customer service! I closed my account because they only have one rep working at a time and always had to wait a half an hour or more.
