Went after being at the ER all day and was told my insurance couldn’t be billed because it was expired. Got it fixed and when I went back the next day the employee with glasses and curly hair (no I didn’t bother to look at your name with that attitude) had no customer service. This is a pharmacy and you’re seeing patients, no need to make it worse when all I did was walk in. My insurance is apparently not accepted which would’ve been nice to know the day prior when I initially went. This prescription is an emergency and the tech was no help, I worked in a pharmacy for 2 years and I know this isn’t the standard. Must really be short staffed if these are the employees. This experience was so bad I actually wrote a review.Update: called my insurance to see where it is accepted, first listing was Walgreens so there’s also that. Not surprised and not amused, do better. CVS helped me kindly and quickly, go to them!

They told me I could not drop off a 30 lb fedex package and that this is all Walgreens store policy, I just got off the phone with Fedex who told me their policy is actually 150 lb maximum drop off weight. Staff lied to avoid doing work, laziness..

Disaster of a store. Staff are overworked. Walgreens needs to take the billions they made during covid and hire a few more people. Their treatment of patients could be a case study in a lack of business/medical ethics. Tri town pharmacy is right next door and ten times better. Except it doesn't have a marketing division driving customers. Shame.

This Walgreens is TERRIBLE!!! My wife's Dr sent covid medication yesterday and we had to call only to find out that they didn't have it. They did not tell us, we had to call. She is very sick and needs this medication and they failed is AGAIN

Never use this pharmacy. They are the worse pharmacy ever. The girl who works here her name starts with an A she’s a tech has a very rude attitude towards the customers and should definitely not be working at a retail pharmacy. I dropped off 3 scrips for my daughter two were otc and one was an antibiotic it took them 4 and 1/2 hours to make them. I am a pharmacy technician and it does Not take that long to fill prescriptions. I will no longer use this pharmacy especially with their attitude and lack of caring about their patients. So, I Highly suggest you don’t use them either.

I haven’t been here in years. The pharmacy is a nightmare! The lady in the kaffiyeh decided it was more important to text on the phone in front of me for more than 60 seconds then talk to the customers. I finally said is this so important to be on the phone? After that I got the rudest service. My mother also has trouble here and switched to the one in Wayne. The employee should be fired asap for her behavior. Don’t go here at all. Only if you need something very quick and this is my last time here

First, I’d like to start with shame on the store manager is, it’s your fault that the pharmacy department is always backed up. Then I want to say shame on the district manager for allowing you to be the store manager as you can see your stars reading is poorly, and that’s because the customer satisfaction is horrible. It’s annoying when you’re waiting 45 minutes in a drive-through. And then you’re told we are short staffed because they are cut an hours from corporate. I say it’s all about meeting the quote. And receiving your bonuses shame on you, this store is the worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to. I will not believe the employees it’s the store managers fault shame on you. I hope corporate looks at this. And fires your first.

I have nothing but bad things to say about this place.I'm sure the people who work here mean well but they do not have the support to maintain a functioning business.If you were like us and keep coming here because you don't know where else to go, transfer your prescriptions to Rose Pharmacy about 8 minutes away, they are wonderful.Leave here and never come back.

Went here the other day and there was so much garbage in the parking lot and all around the outside of the store. It was disgusting! There were empty bottles, food containers, masks, bags and paper. Honestly, for such a massive company, and the climate drastically changing for the worse, you guys should be on top of keeping the store clean.Also, every time I stop by this Walgreens the shelves are half empty.Staff is friendly, but Walgreens, maintain your lot clean.

Bought a Haagen Dazs ice cream that was already half eaten when I opened it up at home. Probably should have checked it at the store but didn’t think this would be an issue at this Walgreens.

It's a terrible system. I couldn't get my prescription for two days. First they said they didn't have my profile, then they said they didn't have my prescription. Even though my doctor sent it three times. Horror horror horror horror.... I was left as unhappy and angry as possible. I had to give the doctor another address to get my medication.

I love this store they have the best costumer service and the pharmacist there she so nice and helpful the store is always clean and neat and the beauty consultant there is the best I ever seen and always help me find what I look for

I don’t know why I keep going back to this Walgreens. It is absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. If you need a prescription filled, do yourself a favor, and go to any other pharmacy. Unless you are OK with waiting hours in line and on hold, and several days for the prescriptions to actually be ready. Oh and zero customer service skills.
