My experience at this establishment was exceptionally positive. Norma was exceptionally knowledgeable, patient, kind, and very helpful. The location is very convenient, and it perfectly met my expectations. This made my first experience a memorable and enjoyable one.

All the staff is perfect from Norma to Kathleen to Dawn. I highly recommend the world to rent from this storage place, not gonna lie. The summertime is hot as hell and in the winter time you definitely need a winter jacket to go into your storage, but overall pretty cheap prices. But the staff is amazing. All the ladies are amazing every last one of them thank you guys.

The storage unit is fair price with 1 year price lock guarantee. Also Norma is very kind and helpful to show and explain how the storage unit works! :)
No hidden fees, and we ended up contract the unit and paid up front for full 14 months without any hesitation.

Very convenient location, and storage sizes, great prices and sales, but above all I recommend this place because of the great customer service. I've used this storage facility twice, once recently and another time about seven years ago, and each time I’ve been welcomed by the same warm smile.
Norma is always incredibly kind and helpful. Every time I walk in, she greets me with genuine warmth and offers useful tips that make the whole experience easier. She really makes a difference and turns what could be a chore into something pleasant.

We have dealt with this storage company and location for many years. The hours and access are accommodating to what we need. Also, the people are nice and Norma is super. She is very attentive, professional and kind in speech and demeanor. That’s a rarity these days.

I went today to look at units and my brother and me met with Kathryn Salvati. Kathryn was helpful from the jump! She was kind, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and went above and beyond making sure we were comfortable. She explained everything and I left with a storage unit and no major questions! I highly recommend A Self Storage in Little Ferry! And the prices are great!

I wish they had more stars on this cuz I give 100000 I worked as a mover for a couple years so I've been in many storage units and there nicest people I've ever dealt with customer service is amazing can't beat the prices you think you can but in 6 months places will raise it 40% even more they don't I highly recommend excellent location but the main thing is customer service great 👍

I’ve had a unit here since March the place is great.Norma is wonderful always a pleasure to deal with..All of the ladies that work here are great..Most storages close early they are open until 8pm here…always accommodating always polite and here to help with anything you really need..Prices are very reasonable and affordable..always have specials ..location is great a few blocks off of Rt 46 ..most major highways are just around the corner Rt 80 Rt 17 New Jersey Turnpike ..easy access ..I can’t say enough good things about this place ..If you are in need of storage I would strongly recommend getting a unit here .
