I got to the storage at 500pm it took me four hours to pack a truck in Pennsylvania. I get to snap box and the office was closed. The never sent me my keys never asked me to stop by and get them never told me anything other then the unite would be open and the keys inside. I’ve been calling them fora week with no return phone call. I called them seven times today and made a total of 50 calls to them and nothing. So I speak to an agent because I can’t even get in the place and a girl came down let me in and showed me how to use the code. I go up to the unite and it’s locked . I speak to the agent again she wants to up sale me on a first floor unite I ask her to get someone to give me my keys to get in mine and then she has me walk all over the complex to find an open unite and now wants me to pay again for another unite and absolutely refuses to give me a refund for the unite they want me to move in to. I feel like I got scammed. Why would they lock my unite I’ve never dealt with such unprofessionalism. Then all she kept saying is if you don’t have the code you won’t get out the gate be careful. Superize no gate . Hopefully I can get this all straightened out Monday. I sought it . .

The building and property is very well kept up and clean. It a very secure place and easy to get to your unit . The staff I spoke to were also very friendly and professional. They addressed me by my name and even gave options to check in online or in person.

Clean, ample, safe and easy access whenever I need it. Also the man I dealt with was professional and pleasant to deal with. I think his name was Angle. Glad I found the place.

The storage facility is brand new, clean and convenient. I would add more smaller carts to accommodate busier times.

This place is horrible. Door is broken so all of your belongings are at risk but mainly the first floor since BOTH elevators are broken. Most storage places are a ripoff but this place is bad even by those standards. I recommend you go get ripped off by a different chain of storage places.
