“I thought I had problems with my Mercedes transmission due to the jerky ride and 200k miles I drove on the car. Rich was very friendly and professional, he ran a scan on all the modules and took the car for a spin. He could have told me I needed a transmission and I would have believed him but he told me that my problem was a misfire cylinder due to the bad coils on my spark plugs. I had no work done at European Exchange but my experience with Rich was that he is an honest man, if I ever need a transmission repair I would return to European Exchange.”
