Ashley, Brenda abd the other girl did such a great job! I'm more than satisfied with the help that they gave me. They're willing to go above and beyond what advance auto would do, and what other parts shops would do. I will recommend this shop to anybody who wants help recharging the A. C, and everybody knows how important that is when the hot weather is coming. It's 88° today and finally my AC is working. Thank goodness!

Fransisco is great, he changed both my light bulbs like a pro! Zelly was also great, I went to the other auto zone in Garfield, they gave me the wrong bulb and told me they have no idea what they’re doing, I came to little ferry, she was able to return the wrong bulb and help me exchange and find a new one. Great team, great management.

The place has gotten much nicer lately. The place was…scary beforehand.
One of the workers told me they got a new store manager that really cares.
Came in another time and met said manager and she truly has a good head on her shoulders.
Thank you to Brenda for making me feel comfortable and taken care of. You’re amazing and I’ll be coming back for my car needs.

recently i have seen a change in little ferry autozone, their new management is amazing, has such a pure soul, willing to help me with what i need and giving me the deals, i love the management that's under this store now, the progress is showing fr!

So recently found out that the store manager that worked at the getty location in paterson is working now at the little ferry location. Was so surprised I use to go to the paterson just because no matter what I needed for my vehicle Mrs Brenda alway made it her priority to serve her customers. She did an amazing job with the paterson location and as a customer I know Mrs brenda will bring out this location at its best. Mrs brenda always helps her customers and anyone who needs the help. I got my battery check this time and it didn't take not even 10 minutes from service to explaining how the battery works to if I really needed to buy a new one. Overall I would recommend little ferry location because Mr Brenda experience and service.

I am absolutely not one to leave bad reviews, but I felt like this encounter needed to be shared. When I walked into the store the associate was screaming across the store to some guys joking about shoplifting which honestly didn’t bother me but I felt was immature (that’s not why I’m leaving the review). Aside from these guys being a bit obnoxious and immature with them joking around, the cherry on top was when some guy (I don’t know who he was but maybe he worked there) kicked a bottle of motor oil straight in my direction and the oil got on my pants. The bottle didn’t hit me but it was extremely close to hitting me. There were streaks of oil all over the floor, the associate almost slipped. I carefully navigated my way around the oil, paid for my things and left. I felt extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed. It’s safe to say I will never come here again.

I bought my parts, they gave me the wrong ones, I also tried to show David the part and he seems very rude to the costumers, I just tried to show him the photo of the spare part and he spoke to me in a very rude way.
