“I don’t usually post reviews, but the service that I had received from Chris and Gary at Chris Lordi’s Auto Body was exceptional and deserves to be recognized. I had been hit on the front driver’s side fender/bumper area of my Lexus RX350, and the accident was declared to be a no fault accident, meaning that my insurance company would be covering my claim. From the minute I dropped my car off to be repaired, I felt reassured that my car was going to be taken care of. The insurance company was trying to cover the absolute minimum ($1,900), but Chris handled everything for me. My car needed $8,000 of work, and he made sure to get me the full coverage; he took care of talking to New Jersey Manufacturers insurance. Gary handled all of the actual work that was done to the car and when I got my car back, it looked brand new. No one could tell there had been any damage. Additionally, they cleaned and detailed the inside of my car so that it really looked extra good- you would have thought that I just bought it off the sale lot. I’m so impressed with their service. Everything was done in a timely fashion. They would call and check in with me to let me know what was going on. I never had to worry about anything. I am so grateful for all of their help. Hopefully I won’t need to go back to them again, however, if I need any work done on my car in the future, I will definitely be going to Chris Lordi’s Autobody- truly the best service out there!”

“I'd been looking for a local shop to take my car for a while, but with the sheer number it was difficult to decide until I came across Salerno. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful, which makes a huge difference for me. I also did not feel like they assumed I know nothing about cars (which is often the case as a woman until I start talking about what I DO know). They were very quick to look at what was needed, gather the parts, and the next day get the car done same-day. I find the prices to be very reasonable, especially compared to what the dealer quoted me for the same exact repair. Salerno was also way more thorough than the dealer on looking at what I pinpointed as concerns, and fixed exactly what I suspected was the issue. I'll note that I pointed out the same exact issue to the dealer, and it was absolutely overlooked. Definitely will be taking my car to Salerno for all future repairs!
Edit to add: When I first came in, I had my dog with me, and everyone loved him - he even got his weight in treats from the guys!”

Pick up was just as smooth. Received the vehicle with exterior and interior in very clean condition, and at full charge (guilty of bringing it dirty and very low charge). Damage is completely repaired.”

“Good Morning!!! This month I was able to get my car worked on and fixed by Anthony. His customer service skills were on point from the moment I arrived. He was helpful, patient, and answered any and all of questions. This was my first time taking my car for repairs here and I was not disappointed. It was adorable and my car looks like new again. “The BEST car repair/auto body shot in Fort Lee, hands down. Had a flat tire and some minor body damage where the jack was improperly placed when the spare was put on at a shop in The Bronx. When I got to BGC, a tech took the tire and the owner of the shop (Effie) took a look at the body damage. For no charge he was able to pound out the dent and told me to come back when its not raining and he'd even tough up the paint. 20 minutes later the tire was repaired and back on the car. I've come in for other minor stuff in the past, and always had a good experience. Yes, you might have to wait, it can get busy. Quality of work, fairness, and reasonable price make it worth waiting.”
“My car had rear damage on one side from a recent collision. Andrew and his team did a fantastic job in fixing the damage and completing ancillary repairs. In addition, Andrew and Car Kraft fixed a couple of small things that they did not ask any payment for. This was very considerate. It turns out, this is the third time I've had collision repairs done here (none of which were my fault ... really!). Thank you for your fine work each time.”
“This review is looooong overdue but I just left Abushi and had yet another amazing experience so I have to praise them a little bit. 3 years ago Abushi did a customized wrap with some sick details and sold us some beautiful rims to finish the look. The whole process was super easy and quick! And these guys were so kind, honest and professional. When I tell you I get compliments on my car almost every day, I am not joking!
Fast forward to a few weeks ago and these guys helped me out in a pinch after a local mechanic replaced two of my tires and fu%k3d up 5 lug nuts. I didn't know where to go so I went to Abushi asking if the could sell me replacements. They replaced all lug nuts right then and there for FREE, no questions asked! Amazing service. Then I asked about my rims getting cleaned up (had some damage from pulling next to curbs) and they were able to send them out and have them cleaned up in 24 hours. They look brand new, like they just came out of the box and for an awesome price, too. I will never take my car anywhere else. These guys are the real deal and are so amazing to work with.
