We have now done 2 major projects with Onur and his team. It says a lot that we were actually looking forward to starting the second project with him because of our experience the first time.He pays attention to every detail, strives to stay ahead of problems (and you know there are always problems) and really understands what it means to keep the customer happy at all costs.No major commercial project is going to happen without stress, but working with the right person can help keep it under control. Onur is a dedicated, hard-working, and honest general contractor. He does great work, and actually cares about the results, both structurally as well as aesthetically. After getting various quotes to build our restaurant in Closter, NJ (el Taco Bar), Onur was by far the most reasonable and proactive during the initial process. We were first time restaurant owners, who took on a challenging task to build out a space that was previously a Verizon store. Not an easy undertaking. We were searching for someone who would take control of the project from beginning to end. Onur was very responsive, and always came with solutions to every challenge that presented itself along the way. He gave us the confidence that this was well within his area of expertise, and there was never any doubt throughout the process. I wanted to wait a couple of months before writing this review to see how everything was holding up. The build out is great, and we are constantly complimented on how everything looks! Onur delivered on his promise and was responsive throughout the process, and delivered a project with the budget that was initially presented - which was VERY reasonable compared to other quotes we received! The biggest compliment anyone can ever give their previous contractor is not only to recommend them, but to plan on using him on future jobs! Onur will definitely get the call when el Taco Bar expands to additional locations! Great contractor, even better person! You will not be disappointed if you decide to work with him! We worked with Onur at Deon Design for a commercial remodeling project on very short notice. Form the start, Onur was very responsive and helpful in planning out the project. Onur and all of the employees were easy to deal with and worked very diligently to complete our project in a matter of days when we thought it would take weeks based on other vendors estimates.The quality of work was exceptional and Onur & team were very professional. Almost 9 years ago we had renovated our kitchen and had a very pleasant experience with quality of work delivered by Deon Design Custom Builders.Recently we reconstructed our house which was a major project. Deon Design was the choice of contractor. Again we had the similar pleasant experience with quality of work. The owner Onur Cahn is professional, courteous and punctual. He has a very good sense of modern design and products that can enhance beauty and value of the property. Deniz was also very helpful with designing bathrooms and providing quality products. The work was completed on time as planned. The staff members are also well trained, courteous and efficient. We highly recommend Deon Design Custom Builders and Deon Design Kitchen&Bath for construction and renovation projects.

We had our basement finished by Deon Design last year. This included a small kitchenette and a full bathroom. We are very very happy with the entire project and how it came out. Onur was amazing to work with, always responsive, honest and pleasant. He also has a great eye for design which is very helpful. The entire project was completed on time and on budget. Deniz also was very helpful in helping design our kitchenette and pick products. Overall the basement is really high quality and all our guests are impressed with the end result. Onur and Deniz are honest and trustworthy, and we would love to work with them in the future. Highly recommend them for any home remodel.

We had a very large extension put on the house a few years back by Deon Designs and have used him for several projects since, including a new patio and exterior door a few weeks ago. They are honest, fair priced, do their work in a timely manner and are always thinking outside of the box when it comes to design. Their quality stands out amongst other contractors we have used. I highly recommend Onur and his team for any project, big or small.

Never had we had a project in our house, completed so smoothly! Onur and his crew are polite, hardworking, patient, and reliable! We are so grateful for the work they did, renovating our downstairs! He made our dream downstairs ... a true reality! We love how it came out! I am HIGHLY recommending him to everyone! There is no way you will be disappointed! We first met Deon Design owner about 11 years ago. He’s professional, courteous but most importantly connects with his clients. He understands his clients styles and accordingly makes fantastic recommendations when asked. We first came across Deon Design through the amazing reviews, and let me tell you.. reviews definitely don’t lie! After meeting with several contractors, we decided to choose Deon because of their friendly, genuine interaction. We wanted to essentially redo just about all the major things you could think of, but we didn’t know where to begin. Onur and Deniz are fantastic at what they do – they listen to all your concerns and provide their expertise. They are dedicated to your project and are available at all times. If there were any issues, they would address it in a timely manner. We highly value communication, and Deon definitely delivered. Customer satisfaction seems to be their number one priority, and it sure shows through their actions. The renovation looks impeccable and we cannot be happier with the way everything turned out.

We hired Deon Design to complete our basement and we absolutely love it! They went above and beyond to give us exactly what we were looking for. Onur and his employees were all extremely helpful and listened to all of our requests. He helped us select the best paint colors, cabinets, counter-tops. The basement turned out amazing and all of the work was done neatly and efficiently. He takes responsibility of checking all the work and makes sure his crew does every thing without any faults. And also makes sure they fix them if there are any.
