The customer service is exceptional, with staff who are friendly, attentive, and go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels comfortable and valued. The drop-off wash and fold service is amazing, with clothes folded neatly, organized perfectly, and packed up well. Turnaround is always quick, sometimes even same day. Customers appreciate that they can bring their own supplies so laundry smells exactly how they like it. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, recognizing regulars as soon as they walk in. The laundromat is open 7am-8pm daily, with last wash at 6:45pm. Prices are reasonable, with discounts on certain washers including $1 off Large washer Thursdays and $1.49 20lb washers every Wednesday 7am-5pm. They have plenty of washers and dryers in 20, 40, 55, and 75 lb sizes. Easy to reload laundry card via machine or employee. They also offer pickup wash and fold service. Two small downsides: the designated pick-up and drop-off parking spot is almost always taken by people not using it for that purpose, and there is no option to add a tip when paying by card. Overall, this is a reliable, clean, and welcoming place with outstanding service.
