RUDE !!!! I called to check how much the gel pedicure was because the sign on their windows says gel pedicure and gel manicure for $59, they tried to tell me JUST the pedicure would be $50 and hung up on me when I questioned the logic of both being $59 but only one being $50. I called back again but they continued to be nasty. Will not be going to this place ever. If that’s how they treat potential customers I can’t even imagine how they treat women who actually go into their salon.

My experience was terrible, from the treatment to the arrangement. I will not return to that place again and I do not recommend it.

I went there around 2pm for a manicure, I am a business owner and have limited time. I originally asked for the Hispanic woman who works there because she’s respectful treating me good and did a better job than the other woman but the other woman I’m thinking was the owner‘s wife said she wasn’t available for a couple hours and I had to go. The other woman treated me terribly grabbed my hand roughly and rust me out and not only that she made me pay and tip upfront and yelled at me for not a bigger tip. This place is disgusting and Iwouldn’t recommend to anyone.

The girl who works there is so rude , she did an awful manicure to my wife and when she complained, the girl told her you are Indians don’t pay tips.

I got my eyebrows waxed, and the Korean lady burned my skin off!!!!!

So the Hispanic lady attitude was very off putting.
I got the $50 special mani and pedi
She got offended and got a nasty attitude when I asked her if the tools were cleaned properly in the machine .
She wasn’t cutting the cuticles or cleaning all the dirt out of the nail like she should’ve , seem like it bothered her to scrub the dead skin. Btw
( I have pretty & small feet )
Exactly with my manicure she did not cut the cuticles like she should have , or let my nails soak and hot water with a little bit of soap! When she was doing my manicure, she kept answering a phone call. Super rude.
When It came time to pay, she asked me very loudly and aggressively if I’m going to give her cash tip or credit card tip ?? .
This Nail salon is not worth it .

My mom loves going here! She gets her mani+pedi and her eyebrows waxed. 10/10 would highly recommend. We're a returning customer. :)

My mom tried to do her nails here and the lady didn’t even have the audacity to ask what she needed done. She denied my mom as soon as she walked in. Extremely rude workers.

O Stars. I tried Pinky Nails for the first time. I must have explained at least 3 times that I wanted a UV liquid gel manicure but the new owner just kept saying yeah, yeah. She ignored me whenever I pointed out spots where she missed just telling me she would file it, but didn’t. When I realized that she was just using gel polish. I was told it’s easier and faster. That may be but not what I asked for or wanted. I am sure that any good reviews on this place belong to the owner prior to 7/23/23. The next day I broke a nail and since have two chipped nails. I will never ? go back.Services: Nail cut & filing

So freaking RUDE! I call for prices she told me for a refill but couldn’t tell me for pedicure she talked over me and hung up on me and then when I tried calling back they put the phone to not receive calls soooo unprofessional!!!!

0 stars! I’d love to get this place shut down! The owner blatantly ignored me when I asked her if they had a wait time. It was clearly a race issue because the woman before me was having issues with her as soon as I walked in as well.

I recently saw they were under "new management" so I gave them a try. It was the second worst manicure I've ever had. (The worst ever I walked out bleeding! ) The woman doing my manicure acted like the place was on fire and couldn't wait to finish me. 4 times I had to tell her to file my nails shorter. When it was over she barely massaged my hands. She wasn't friendly at all, and also they apparently thought they didn't need the air conditioning on even though it was about 90 degrees outside. I do not recommend this place especially with so many other nail salons in the area.
