I literally just left so frustrated. I never been to an establishment where the workers said they never used “that machine” when I asked why my clothes weren’t wet/or spinning. On top of that my expensive comforter was burnt and sheets and the only option was to get a refund for my $6.00 wash and $1.00 dryer. I will never come here again.

This place is OK. Clean and most of machines are working, which means well managed. Tuesdays, half price for small wash machine use un to 2 washes. Easy parking. Easy access from rt. 46.

This used to be a great laundromat but since the new owners took over it has gone downhill fast. Most of the machines do not work properly and are never fixed. I've been coming here for more than 15 years and it's such a shame to see this place decline.

I am a customer who has been using this store for 10 years. Although the owner has changed and the staff has changed several times, I am still using this store, but the female staff member who works on Mondays is unfriendly and arrogant. The store is good, but I don't want to go there because of the staff.

I love this laundromat however on 90 degree days he had only fans on it was very very hot. I would have gave this laundromat a 5 star rating because the place is very clean and the staff is very friendly and polite every time I go. If the owner reads this please change this and stop using 4 fans and turn air conditioners on. Thanks kindly

I always go to this place for drop off laundry service. No problem at all. When I came (7/28) back I found a new lady working which was ok but something came up, It was an oversight on my end and I forgot a handful of money in my pants and Im pretty bit sure about it.When I came back in the afternoon (same day) to check it, I asked the lady ( old lady- around 6pm) but she said she didnt see anything. Not judging but when I came I surprisingly saw my clothes were ready for pick up! Considering I tOld them that I will pick it up Friday 07/29. Just saying..I do understand it was a big mistake not to recheck my pants befote sending it to this laundry place but I was so disappointed, Im expecting the ataff to be more honest…I hope the owner will be able to read this early enough and check the vidoes. Sigh…

I started coming to this laundromat because it's clean and it's not crowded on the days that I wash. But from the very 1st day that I started coming the Spanish older lady is very rude. She stares at you from the minute you walk in until you leave it makes you feel very uncomfortable like ur bothering her. And if u ask her for change she gets an attitude. She starts cleaning in the area that people are still washing and drying and won't say excuse she will sweep literally rite around you. Dirt everywhere in you. And if u say something she starts speaking in Spanish. She locks the door on people and won't let them in at 7pm or let them out until she gets ready. She's really nasty. She talks about people in Spanish while they are there . I've tried calling management but she says no and hangs up. Shes nasty and rude.

Small, clean laundry. Has wash and fold service. Prices are competitive . Can get busy so it's good to have an alternative. Ample parking convienent to the store. Friendly attendants always on site. Free WIFI.

I wish I could give a lower score but unfortunately I cannot. I’m am appalled at the manner my husband was spoken to at this establishment which I have been coming to for 4 years. ( If you live in the area of Little Ferry we have a laundromats on every corner, but I chose to keep coming here because this place stays immaculately clean which I love ! ) We have a small Pomeranian 7lbs which we wash her two beds every 2 weeks to a month. She is groomed every two weeks and very well taken care of. But obviously we have to make sure all her stuff is clean for sanitary reasons. We usually take her beds here pay for a wash and fold which went from being $10 for both to $20. Which money is never issue. Never questioned the up-charge because they are doing the labor for me. We did notice the beds were still very damp when we received them and asked just to please ensure they were properly dried. Today my husband went to go pick up the beds and sure enough they were damp. He politely asked the young lady working why the beds were still damp and reminded her he did not mind paying more ( than the $20) to ensure the beds were completely dry. This lady went off! She told him to take the beds and not bring them back because she didn’t want to hear complaining and that it’s too much work to clean and dry the bed. That its disgusting that we bring our dog beds to be cleaned and was completely rude and disrespectful to my husband and told him I don’t care who you tell! I’m furious. Apparently the owner is not overseeing this place as often as he should be. I have made numerous attempts to call and obtain the owners information or a time and date to speak with him. But his staff keeps hanging up on me. I would never recommend this place or spend another dollar here such a shame. Per previous reviews it’s clear this isn’t the first complaint. Please guys avoid this place so disappointing ☹️

I put $2.50 into a machine which wasn't working and the attendant wouldn't refund the money to me saying it's not her fault. Well why you didn't post a sign OUT OF ORDER.

The worker who was working this morning was extremely rude and snatched a bottle out of my hand. She stated that I was not allowed to use the bleach and continued to call me names in Spanish and was telling me that I don't know how to respect when she was the one who was out of line. I said good morning to her and she completely disregarded me. I don't know what was wrong with her but she needs to keep her nasty attitude at home because she doesn't know how to treat customers!
