Absolute ZERO for this TD Bank, Little Ferry branch. Do NOT go there. They do NOT treat you like human. I followed their instructions and signed up. As per their text msg, I should be the 1st in the line. But the CSR took the customers who showed up without signing up. I waited for 35 minutes. They have no couch so I have to stand. Then the CSR rudely asked me to wait for another 30 minutes. No apologies given so I left. I do NOT recommend this branch. Go somewhere else instead!

Dear TD Bank,I am a long term client and TD is my preferred bank. However, for the past month, I have been receiving less then professional service by your top bank teller, Karen, at the Little Ferry NJ branch.She makes me feel uncomfortable when I get there 5 minutes before the bank closes by the way she openly complains about me arriving to the bank so late. She mutters under her breath as well and had the audacity to tell me not to come to the bank right as it’s closing. Today she rudely threw the cash envelope at me and complained to her male coworker with the long hair about how she NEEDS to get out of there. The drive thru was still open which means they were still taking in clients for the next 2 minutes. They were still serving clients in the drive thru while I was inside the branch. This type of behavior leads to fiduciary distrust. How can I trust TD’s tellers when they don’t even want me there? I don’t feel welcomed when I come to the bank, which is not the TD way. I would like her to exhibit a more professional and positive attitude when I am making my bank transactions. Every transaction is an opportunity for TD to better serve their clients. I hope this complaint serves as a chance for TD to better serve me and other clients because I’m sure I’m not the only one.

This is a great bank to go to if you’re interested in spending an hour and a half in the drive thru just to get one check, even though you don’t have COVID

The Man working on July 25th 2020 at 11am at the Drive Thru is the Rudest bank teller I’ve ever witnessed. I say Hello “ He doesn’t even acknowledge I say Thank you doesn’t acknowledge...I remember the days where you had a great relationship with the Branch Not anymore!! don’t use this Branch not worth the Aggravation!! People are very nice, helpful. The wait is because it's a small branch and a lot of people go there. Staff are professional too.

Dont go here if u need a customer service rep. U can literally be waiting forever with agents who clearly have nothing to do other than look at u and offer no assistance. Usually has issues with the ONE ATM they have. If it's not one thing its another. May as well close this location, Its pointless.
