Very poorly run location. Most of the staff working mostly the females are very rude. While there are 5 employees behind the counter and 7 people in line there’s only 1 helping customers and the others are just hiding behind or walking around.Very rude bunch of females with no sense of customer service or courtesy.

We opened an account at this bank because it was close to home and it would be easier to deposit money there... but the machines never work, the customer service there is terrible...Don't waste your time and money opening an account at this bank!

This horrible bank doesn't even deserve a star... every time my wife goes to deposit money there at night, both the drive thru machine and the machine inside the bank are never working... the service there is terrible! let's close our account there!

One of the worst branches I've ever been to. their drive up is always backed up super slow, even the 1st transaction of the day. I don't understand?? I used to be a teller I have never seen such slow service in my life...

I was in a jam and this was the closest bank. This location was extremely under staffed, however the teller manager was very knowledgeable and friendly. She helped me get in and out quickly. I wish I lived closer to this bank.

Not helpful at all. Came in to dispute an overdraft fee that was charged and the person I spoke to said they couldn't do anything even though I explained my situation and I had called TD bank and they told me to come in person and they would honor it. The person who I spoke to said he couldn't do anything and even though I explained he made it seem like he could help me but if that was the case he just should've said no rather than type in the system and keep me there for 15 minutes just for him to say no. I would give this 0 stars if I could.

If I can give this specific branch a negative star I would. Staff is so unprofessional. Basically telling me that it doesn’t matter if what they’re explaining doesn’t make sense to me they cannot help me. Disgusting behavior. Honestly needs a new staff.

Absolute ZERO for this TD Bank, Little Ferry branch. Do NOT go there. They do NOT treat you like human. I followed their instructions and signed up. As per their text msg, I should be the 1st in the line. But the CSR took the customers who showed up without signing up. I waited for 35 minutes. They have no couch so I have to stand. Then the CSR rudely asked me to wait for another 30 minutes. No apologies given so I left. I do NOT recommend this branch. Go somewhere else instead!

Dear TD Bank,I am a long term client and TD is my preferred bank. However, for the past month, I have been receiving less then professional service by your top bank teller, Karen, at the Little Ferry NJ branch.She makes me feel uncomfortable when I get there 5 minutes before the bank closes by the way she openly complains about me arriving to the bank so late. She mutters under her breath as well and had the audacity to tell me not to come to the bank right as it’s closing. Today she rudely threw the cash envelope at me and complained to her male coworker with the long hair about how she NEEDS to get out of there. The drive thru was still open which means they were still taking in clients for the next 2 minutes. They were still serving clients in the drive thru while I was inside the branch. This type of behavior leads to fiduciary distrust. How can I trust TD’s tellers when they don’t even want me there? I don’t feel welcomed when I come to the bank, which is not the TD way. I would like her to exhibit a more professional and positive attitude when I am making my bank transactions. Every transaction is an opportunity for TD to better serve their clients. I hope this complaint serves as a chance for TD to better serve me and other clients because I’m sure I’m not the only one.
