I had a horrible experience here for my baby’s passport. The girl that works there did not look like she wanted to work there, even after overhearing she just got back from vacation. She was rude and had no type of customer service. Also they should at a cardboard to make newborns picture easier, so they could just lay them down for the picture.

This is a convenient place to live nearby. However, sometimes the mail I sent disappears from here and does not come back. Everyone needs to be careful here.

Went there this past Thursday for passport renewal for my daughter and son.... I had all my paperwork screwed up and Hiram (Jay) walked me thru the process to get right!!!
What a gentleman!! We got both my daughter and son's passport applications complete and we were on our way!!!
Kudos to Hiram, phenomenal postmaster!!!!

Absolutely terrible post office. Staffs are rude from the start, not helpful at all. You really need lighten your staff or replace them.

I have my appointment from 9:00 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. and I arrive at 9:08 a.m. They don't want to see me because I'm supposedly late, it's incredible.

I drop off a lot at this post office and overall it’s been a decent experience but one lady there is just constantly rude doesn’t even look us in the face just overall not a nice person. Peggy is lovely and always quick and helpful as well a gentleman that works there he is always kind to my partner and makes sure all our packages are scanned in and shipped in a timely manner. I’m not sure why the need to be rude from the other woman that works there and it’s not to just us it’s to everyone who walks in there so it’s really a hit or miss with her attitude and if she wants to be nice that day.

I was completely dreading having to go to the post office today. I had the most awesome experience for the first time at a post office. Usually the people are rude and miserable. The man behind the counter today was so patient, helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Thanks for such a pleasant experience today :)
