It is imperative to articulate that a comprehensive review is warranted in light of the following circumstances. Caution is advised when dealing with the dealership in question, as their practices seem to exploit the enthusiasm of first-time lessees. Regrettably, I was denied the opportunity to thoroughly examine the terms prior to committing. The intermediary who guided me to the establishment further emphasized their propensity for capitalizing on unsuspecting individuals.My attempt to obtain a pre-arrival copy of the lease was met with claims of systemic malfunction. Upon reaching the premises, I was subjected to a hurried process and an inability to peruse the contractual terms at my own pace. Although I expressed my desire to review the documentation, the dealership maintained that a physical copy could not be provided due to system malfunctions, coercing me to sign without due diligence. In summary, my primary concern was to ascertain the termination clauses within the lease agreement. It came to my attention that section 5, pertaining to the "Refundable Security Deposit," remained marked as "N/A," a clear deviation from our initial accord. The agreed-upon sum of $5,000 for the security deposit was notably absent. Evidently, these circumstances suggest a duplicitous scheme orchestrated by the dealership, warranting immediate attention and potential reporting.

I have no idea what troglodytes get the keys to the vans here but whoever was driving this van was driving so aggressively behind and around me I almost called the cops. They were tailgating me, swerving around, and flashing lights at me in TRAFFIC. I WISH I could’ve gotten out of the way but there was NOWHERE TO GO. Imagine my face when I saw it was a company van. Find better help, can’t be worse than this psycho.

I am so happy to say I had the greatest experiencing in purchasing my Mercedes two months ago. My salesman Phu Ho was kind, professional, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable when making such a big decision to purchase a car after leasing cars over the last 15 years. He handled all the details, found me the perfect car in my range and followed up and still follows up to make sure I am enjoying the vehicle. I had my first service appointment on Friday and the service team was excellent. From the front desk to Brian my personal manager. Joe in the accounting department and the enter team show pure heart. I am so happy I purchased my Mercedes from Contemporary. Phu will get all our future business. When you are ready to find that dream car ask for Phu Ho. Trust me you will be happy.

Extremely pleased with how responsive Bob one of the service advisors is. Bob not just answers his extension he gets back to you immediately if he needs to get you information. A+ Bob thank you for old school premium customer service. In addition, the ladies who answer the phones are extremely helpful and pleasant. My main service advisor Mike D is also awesome. I applaud the management at Contemporary Mercedes for setting the example of taking “after sale” service to the next level.

Contemporary had a van that I had been looking for; contacted Rob Cavalieri and worked out a deal, including delivery to me in Tennessee. All of this was done by email, text and phone calls, including financing. Rob was absolutely amazing, made it as smooth as possible. Thank you!

The only reason i gave two stars is that I can’t complain about service people. They are good. So thats why i went to sells with intension of buying a Sprinter Van. Front desk assigned me VP. He was nice and polite discussing my dream van order. For some reason, he didn’t give me any contract and didn’t want any deposit after we ware done discussing my build. I felt weird about that but i was waiting for his call as his promise to complete my order. Its been 3 weeks that he still didn’t call me back. I even bothered him after couple of days from my visit to get it update, and still nothing. I ended up going to different dealer store and i got my order going now. It feels like they need to step up with their costumer service.

Typical used car tactics. Almost impossible to get the truth out of them and once you really push the issue they come up with a very confusing and far fetched story that, while possibly true, contradicts everything they've told you in the past. They don't mind lying to their customers and it shows.

I have a Mercedes sprinter with 28,000 miles on it. I bought the car in a contemporary for a couple of warranty issues. I also had them do a B service. The B service includes oil change fluid refills ETC. It cost me $1900. For a van with 28,000 miles on it I was not happy. A week later today I started the van and the van indicated that I needed both engine coolant and washer fluid. Apparently somebody didn’t do their job because after $1900 and a week later I shouldn’t have to be putting fluid in my van. Needless to say I’m not happy
