Worst experience in a pharmacy since I can remember. Scheduled flu shot online. When I got there stood in long line for 10 minutes. Got to the counter to be told I needed to go to the other end, no signs to indicate where to go. They don't seem to expect me and were a bit too terse.Told me to wait in a store isle. I waited 30 minutes then returned to same clerk who didn't seem to remember me from 30 minutes ago.I told her forget it, I'm going across the street to Walgreens.Don't know why my wife tried this place out but I'm never returning

This place is absolutely disgusting. Not only did the workers have a terrible attitude but I watched them force a kid to get a vaccine after he was clearly saying no but his parents were the ones saying yes. THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL! The shelves were also a disaster, clearly the workers are rude slobs that cant clean up the place. DONT GO HERE.

Ordered Nervive Pain Relieving Cream on 10/5/2022 online through their website. Buy one get one at 50% off!! I ordered two at a total cost of $21.58 with tax included, which I paid for with credit card online.. When I picked up my order and got out to my car I opened the package and only one item was in it. I went back into the store and talked to the manager. he said they only had one in stock. I said, I ordered two and paid for two, so why was I charged for two and only received on. He said check you credit card bill, as they probably scanned the one item when they filled the order. Well, I got my credit card statement, and the amount was not changed. I was still charged for two, and only received one. Do not order online and pay for it, as you might not get what you ordered and paid for!!! If you do order online pay for it when you pick up the order, and make sure what you order is actually in the package.

This is the worst CVS I've been to from the parking to service. I had bad experiencea with the pharmacy and now with customer service. I had to deal with a cashier whom I ask a question regarding something I purchased at a different location. She look at me as if I was a Martian then at checkout she kept looking at her phone texting or whatever. I think if you're working you shouldn't be playing with your phone.

Pharmacy is very understaffed. Customers are not respecting social distancing when waiting for their prescriptions and it is not enforced. Pharmacist had mask below their nose. I would not recommend this CVS for prescription pickup or drop off.

Michelle and Steve are great, as well as the folks in retail. CVS is a mess and poorly run. Their phone system reports the pharmacy closed when open ( I did get through to the photo folks who said they were closed due to being busy...get that!), I can't stop a prescription I no longer take (and the darn annoying message it is waiting for me to pick it up). Prescriptions I have stopped years ago and paid for were not taken back (in the toilet, both the meds and my $).A Prescription order placed on 9/27 reported as having been picked up on 9/26 and can't get until 10/11 now.....it is tuely is a mess. I hope corporate can support the staff at the location, and the consumer, we need to have trust in the company. A 20+ year customer but on the verge of going to Little Silver Pharmacy. I am going to use them for new prescriptions. Sorry Michelle, you were the only reason I kept coming back. They won't report this to you I am quite sure of it. Jim B

Check your prescriptions before you leave. First was tainted and on our 2nd trip, they shorted the amount by more than 50%. They admitted they were short on the supply but still charged my insurance for the full amount.

CVS Pharmacy (located in Little Silver, NJ) is the BEST Pharmacy I have ever been. After reading some of the most inaccurate/obscene reviews below, prompted me to write my first Yelp review. As an oncology patient, my typical week consists of traveling to/from doctor appointments, treatments, radiology scans, lab work and picking up my prescriptions from the pharmacy. As you could imagine by the time I arrive to the pharmacy, I am exhausted, nauseated, weak and stressed out. Fortunately, the easiest part of my week is my trip to the pharmacy, thanks to the Lead Pharmacist/Pharmacy Manager and his pharmacy tech, Michelle. I have been coming here for almost two years and want to let everyone know how knowledgeable, compassionate and responsive the Lead Pharmacist/Pharmacy Manager has been since my first visit at this pharmacy. He transferred all my prescriptions promptly and ensured the medication I require for my terminal illness is ordered and in stock. The Lead Pharmacist /Pharmacy Manager and his staff know me by name and have consistently delivered stellar service and never fail to act in my best interest and the best interest of my health with my prescriptions and advice on those prescriptions. The Lead Pharmacist consistently checks for any/all possible drug interactions and will immediately alert me if there are any issues. Like any other business, it can be busy at times, but they have always made time to answer any questions for me and every other customer I've witnessed around me. The Lead Pharmacist is literally "Super PharmaMan". If he is not answering the phone or making phone calls to doctors' offices, you'll see him filling prescriptions, addressing concerns/questions in consultation, administering flu shots and even checking out customers at the counter. He is both a team player and by far one of the hardest workers I know. Every time I visit the pharmacy he is working (I'm not sure if he ever stops working as he is in regardless of which day I come into the pharmacy.) He should be commended for all his hard work and superior work performance. Thank you for all you do for me!

I needed my prescription ASAP and was told by the automated system that it was ready. Drove here and I'm still waiting 30 minutes later. The excuse? "We're busy today." Yeah well I'm sick and need my drugs.

Pharmacist very helpful and will answer questions. Received follow up call to make sure I understood new script and to see if I had questions. Typical drug store inventory.
