Siv was absolutely amazing! I haven’t had a consistent hairdresser in a while and was referred to First Impression by my sister in law. Siv worked with my schedule to get me in quickly before my trip out of state. She was very patient and took her time to ensure my hair was done to perfection. She was able to lift my brown hair and turn it blonde in one shot! It’s the first time I walked away from a hairdresser completely happy with the results. You could tell how much she loves the art and it really does show in her work. I didn’t get the opportunity to work with her husband or son but I’ve heard nothing but good things. They were all so nice and welcoming. I highly recommend checking them out!

George gave me the most beautiful haircut. I have spent the past five years getting my hair cut in the West Village in Manhattan and I am never going back. George did such a wonderful job cutting my hair, putting in layers, and styling my hair for my brothers wedding. I enjoyed talking to him and the entire team at First Impressions. When I arrived and showed my over processed hair with an unbalanced hair cut from a prior hairdresser, . George knew he had to be creative! George had to color correct and tone it down. He also had to cut my hair to balance the cut as I had a hole in my prior cut that I did not see due to the thick hair. George worked his magic and fixed me up ! Now it’s a work in progress .
