While their care for my beloved Beagle Lilly of 16 years deserves 5 stars over the years, their "End of Life" Care was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Quoted from their website, "We understand this is not an easy decision to make and our team will never rush any part of this process". My family's experience was quite the opposite. They tried to RUSH the procedure with NO COMPASSION OR EMPATHY. My Dad brought Lilly in while I was at work, and the Doctor barely even looked at her and told my Dad she needed to "be put down INSTANTLY" and when he told her he would not make that decision without ME there, she told him to just "CALL" Me. (How would you feel if you got a phone call like that? My dog was my world. I rescued her when she was 1 years old. We had a deep bond as she was my furbaby.) He said he would not do that to me, nor did Lilly deserve to be put down without her WHOLE FAMILY there. He walked out with Lilly and the doctor called him the "Devil's Advocate" for not listening her to advice. It was sickening to hear this experience. All they want is money so they can go on vacation. We invested so much in this practice financially, and how they treated us with the, "End of Life" Care is HORRENDOUS. Lilly got the respect she deserved and died peacefully in the care of the SPCA Vets WHO WERE COMPASSIONATE AND LET HER FAMILY be there as she crossed the Rainbow Bridge. They were much more patient and compassionate. I will never bring an animal of mine here ever again. Thank you for caring for Lilly for 16 years, but she didn't deserve your negative energy and disrespect. If you want your pet to be treated with dignity, try somewhere else. Namaste.

Cathy Durand was awesome and answered some questions I had concerning the next steps I should take regarding my dogs recent bloodwork, from my previous vet, who I ended a relationship with, last week! I was a client here years ago and ended up going somewhere else because my friend started working at my old vet. If I knew that Little Silver retained awesome customer service reps like Cathy, I never would have switched! I left my friend and her uncompassionate establishment and will now become a happy customer once again, all because of Cathy!!
Kudos to LS animal hospital for hiring awesome staff!!

I went to Little Silver Animal Hospital today as a new patient and was so impressed with the staff. They were sooo welcoming. Multiple people assisted us and were so sweet, not only to my dog but to my 4 year old as well. Dr. Kilcullen is so enthusiastic, nonjudgmental, thorough, and passionate. I can't remember the name of the nurse at this time, but she was extremely helpful and sweet as well. They gave me a ton of information for new dog owners that was well thought out. There is also a groomer there! I'm very happy with the switch to this veterinary office.

I trust the doctors at Little Silver Animal Hospital, I started bringing my pets here when we moved to the area in 2022. I was annoyed at first but now appreciate them pushing the pre-neuter bloodwork on my 4 year old dog, turns out he had low platelet count and that would’ve hampered his healing from surgery and possibly had complications during the procedure.

The staff, especially Dr Scott Kilcullen, are friendly and kind. They made my visit, quick and easy. Dr Kilcullen always treats my animal with patience, and I can tell he truly cares about his well-being. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.

We love Dr. Stacy Kilcullen, she has always been professional, caring, highly knowledgeable, listens to our concerns and addresses them with sound knowledge. The technicians are also caring and attentive as well as the front desk staff.

I've always had a great grooming experience with Lisa; this time, I had an equally wonderful experience with Dr. Feddersen and her assistant, Angel. They spent a lot of time with my cat Poof, taking care to make her feel safe and comfortable. Dr. F. shared many valuable resources and suggestions with me. I felt extremely well taken care of and look forward to working with her again.

The 16 yr old cat, Dickens who I brought in to see Dr. Scott, was adopted to me from LSAH, 10 years ago when I was a technician for the clinic. She was surrendered and was a very difficult animal to examine or even handle. It's been years of progress, even if she still isn't completely adjusted, she has come so far. Dr. Scott has been her physician since the beginning. He knows her almost as well as I do, so is able to treat her accordingly. Scott, his wife Dr. Stacey, and Dr. Yacowitz are some of the finest, most adept, compassionate, and caring individuals I have ever known. I have them to thank for my 5 cats; for their extraordinary care, happiness, and overall good health, despite the elderly ones having health issues. I cannot speak highly enough about the Doctors, staff, and practice in general. I recommend LSAH to everyone I know who have animal companions. I do not believe I could trust anyone else to take care of my "kids" the way they need and deserve. LSAH is #1! An A+ in my opinion.

A very caring staff has taken care of almost all of my cats. Can be a bit pricy but worthy due to the care received.

I have nothing but great things to say about the Little Silver Animal Hospital. They were so kind with me during the passing of my 16 year old cat Stella. And not only kind, they really went above and beyond. I am grateful they were there for me during that tough time and I will be a loyal customer for life with all my pets!

I called them just so I could get my dog's nails cut. when the appointment was done, they charged me $50! I asked them why so expensive when I paid $25 the last time. I was told it's $25 when the groomer cuts the nails but $50 when a vet tech cuts the nails. I asked why nothing was said when I called to make the appointment? I was told that they aren't supposed to say anything when people call. The groomer has their own phone number and you have to know to call that phone number. i think this is extremely unethical and I'll never go back!
