“Friendly, great service. No waiting. ATM is in the hallway of building next to the branch entrance, and access to it depends on when building opens and closes. I was told building closes around 6pm so you wont have access to ATM once the building closes. The branch closes at 5pm. Otherwise use atm at your local CVS. I park in the back, and usually find parking right in front of the back entrance. It's 2 buildings connected together; building 1 and 2. The # of the building is 354, and the Santanders branch is located in building 2. So when you go in through the back entrance, make a right to walk into building 2. Its less than a minute walk. You will pass a few businesses, a cafeteria on your left, and then Santanders will be on your right.”

“My account at Bank of America was frozen so I had to go to the Branch. I explained my problem to Shaya Williams, who seemed to be the Branch Manager, and she explained that all the advisors were with clients. Shaya was also busy with various customers. I explained my problem to Shaya and even though she was busy, she managed to help me. I got the Bank fraud department on the phone and Shaya spoke to them and gave them my information so they removed the hold on my account. I was also impressed that since I made the call, she made sure to verify that the person on the line was really with the Bank; I liked the extra security that she took. I have been with Bank of America for 25 years and I really appreciate the high level of service that Shaya provided.
