I have been going to E-Nails since December 2024 every 3 weeks pretty consistently. Today after finishing I wanted to schedule my next appointment in three weeks. Nancy told me that I cannot do that because I canceled my appointments. I did cancel my last appointment as my 96-year-old mother needed to go to the doctor. That was the only time I ever canceled an appointment. I will never go back to this nail salon again. I guess they don’t need consistent happy customers.

Horrible. Gel was improperly done and my pedicure left my heels worse than when I went in. Will never be back.

Very poor job on my nail set. The next day after I got my nails done, the gel polish on one nail chipped off entirely. Poor quality on nails that were done. For doing a poor job on my nails, they charged $100 which is so expensive and not worth that kind of money.

I went today to get my middle nail fixed because the salon I usually go to is closed on Sunday. I was assisted by Grace, and the job she did was absolutely horrible. The nail was not the right color, the shape was horrible, the french tip wasn’t aligned with the other, and she was rushing. I then was charged $21 for something that was done poorly. I got home and tried to file my nail because it was absolutely huge. My mom went back and asked for my money back because $21 is outrageous for one nail and Grace proceeded to complain and told her not to come back. I will never be going to E Nail again. Nails 2000 is the place to go!

Very disappointed. We were rushed from the very beginning. Our pedicure didn’t last more than 15 minutes. We didn’t even get to enjoy our what should have been relaxing pedicure. Not worth the price of $30. We won’t be coming back.

Everything was perfect until, while drying my nails I had to take an emergency family call. In the last five min of my stay, I was tapped on the shoulder and asked to hang up or leave. changed my entire experience.
