I have been buying from Fortunoff for over 15 years and they never disappoint with quality and customer service. Just this weekend I had a rodent eat through my cushions that were only 2 years old and I was so worried I would not be able to replace them and they were able to do it for me free of cost which was amazing. I highly recommend them.

Very good selection here of outdoor furniture with a wide price range and different styles. Gary was particularly helpful, available as needed but never pushy or intrusive. Highly recommend.

Worker closed the door right before we could walk in. It was 6 minutes till posted closing time, they close early. Big disappointment

I was shocked today , after visiting this store . We came with my wife to buy new furniture for our pool area and patio. The only one person who was in the store at 4-30 pm was siting behind reception desk and playing with her phone . She was not willing to answer our questions and had no interest to sell anything to us or other clients . We will never return to this store and looking for another place we're we will be welcoming by sales person .

Had my order ready and made pick up simple and easy. Except when I drove home got the Xmas tree in the house opened set up plugged in and sure enoughKid just pulled what was around the back room didn’t look at my order sheet put it in my car and “here ya go”. Silly me trusted the one and only person in the Livingston store and I’m the only customer, would have Ck order against the # on the box. Lesson learned.

Today, my husband and I had an outstanding and very successful shopping experience at the Livingston, NJ store. Our salesman, Julio Rodriguez, helped us find exactly what we were looking for. He was knowledgeable about the products, was able to answer all our questions and helped us double check our measurements to be sure the set we wanted would work in our space. My husband is a hard sell and I’m very particular about what I purchase. I generally don’t make quick decisions and my ponder the choices. Julio (and store manager Marc Orlando) made it so easy, however, that we bought the first set he showed us. We walked out of the store feeling great and couldn’t believe how quickly we were able to make our selection. We generally don’t enjoy shopping, but today, thanks to excellent customer service, we had a great experience. We look forward to receiving our furniture and to more superior Fortunoff service.??

Purchased a cantilever umbrella from them a few years ago that ended up breaking. I really didn't put much thought into it because if I had, I probably would have bought something a bit sturdier. The buying process and delivery were both excellent so I decided to give them another spin. This time I decided to go with the best they had in stock. After I explained to them that I was disappointed with my prior purchase they were kind enough to give me a healthy discount on a way better model. Again, the sales associates were great and delivery was both punctual and extremely efficient. I also decided to go with the warranty so if I have any further issues, there won't be a problem. Look, there are endless online options for purchasing patio furniture. Unfortunately none of them do a damn thing for the community. Fortunoff is right in my town and given the option, I'll go with the local guy every time. Kudos.

I knew what I wanted, but meeting great salespeople made purchasing a much more rewarding & enjoyable experience!Stepping up to the plate, I made multiple purchases, on different days; each salesperson I met (Gary, Luce & Marc) hit the ball out of the park, with wonderful customer service. All were engaged team players, knowledgeable about products & just fun to interact with.I hope they enjoy great success, they've earned it!
