It was worst customer service ever when i gone there to return some stuff. I also had receipt with me for the exact products. But still she was rude. Never going back again there.

They carry a lot of the same items as LOFT - just different colors/patterns. It's also the same price in most cases...you'd think it would be more of a bargain. I tried a bunch of stuff on but wound up leaving without making a purchase...I just couldn't justify a shirt for close to $70 at an outlet. I'll stick with LOFT!

Recently I received the worst customer service from Ms. Kates - the store manager along with her colleague at Loft in Livingston Mall, New Jersey. They are very unprofessional, especially the manager because she didn’t know what she was doing. No manager should handle business like this ?. It is very unfortunate they are not properly trained by LOFT Corporation!! ?！

My wife always seems to have good suck at this store. This is due in no small part to Madirah, the manager, and Carlyne, the P/T lead manager. These two young ladies helped my wife so much both with picking clothes to suit her needs and evaluating what worked and what didn't. They clearly weren't just interested in making a sale, but in helping my wife get what she needed, which is what they did. They could have pushed a lot of other goods but did not even try. The let her lead, helping her along the way. They were also very pleasant to me and nice to speak with. As a result, she always has confidence shopping here. Thank you, ladies and to the management--good hires!

Stopped by the recently opened LOFT Outlet on the lower level in the Livingston Mall. Selection was ok...although I like Tannersville, PA Location's Selection better, this one's much closer. Will try it again, another time. Friendly staff though...?

LOFT is one of my most favorite stores ever. I really like the clean and classy style they offer to women. The material of their clothing is very good so you are not gonna be disappointed. They always have really good sales and if you are a regular like me and the cashier remembers you she will give you and extra 10% discount of your entire purchase. The mirrors in the fitting room are huge and the sales associate will always come and assist you in finding a different size or style. I really recommend this store at the Livingston mall it is perfect!
