Went to do a quick exchange. Much to my surprise, the mall and the store were almost empty. Looked like a ghost town. I guess it was a weekday or maybe too many people shopping online. PEOPLE, WE BETTER START SHOPPING AT THE MALLS OR SOON WE WILL HAVE NO MALLS TO GO TO!! The store was well stocked and very clean.

It looks like a Macy's that would be in an abandoned ghost town somewhere in the Midwest. Absolutely unbelievable. It's fitting with the rest of the mall. ???

Rarely someone around who can help you find the right clothing and answer questions. Only people there are working the registers. After failing to buy the right Levis jeans there and having to return them, I went to the Macy's at the nearby Mall at Short Hills and got immediate service and went home with the right jeans.

Took 20 minutes to get someone to wait on me in the cologne area and then sold me the wrong cologne. Going back today.
