They even cook roasts and birds for holiday dinners plus all the fixings. Every town should have a Perrotti’s! Don’t miss it or their chocolate pudding.”

“Once these guys know who you are they will get you in to the door and unload you within I don’t know half hour 40 minutes and I usually bring them 20 to 22 pallets. These are great people to work with I love them to death. I have kind of connection to them since I was married into a Latino family for 18 years. Fast service depending on the time and the amount of employees that day. Overall is a great place to get custom or handmade food. The place is well maintained and clean. I would def recommend it.”

Our wedding was held outside at a private residence on Lake Hopatcong and ensuring the offsite catering (both the food and service) ran smoothly was critical for this plated, sit down event of 130 people. Ben and Liz worked with us through all the details leading up to the event and did an awesome job the day of. Our guests loved the creative passed hors d'oeuvres (Gazpacho Shooter, Bison Steak Tartare etc.) during cocktail hour.
