During my last visit it striked me for how humane and accommodating she is towards the patients. Its not easy and common in the fast and very demanding work environment. Yolonda is on the top.

“I had a frustrating experience at this Labcorp last week. The staff member at the front desk was rude, lost my paperwork, and the whole process was chaotic. Despite explaining that I needed to get back to work and asking if she can check my paper work that I faxed again, she ignored me, so I eventually walked out.

I decided to try again and was greeted by Laiza at the front desk. Laiza was an absolute gem. She’s extremely kind, understanding, and incredibly professional. She listened to my concerns, quickly resolved the paperwork issue, and even drew my blood easily and quickly with no pain. I was in and out within 10 minutes. Her gentle and considerate approach genuinely made all the difference.
