“I’ve been shopping at food bazaar for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The store is always clean, well-organized, and stocked with a wide variety of products. Whether I’m looking for fresh produce, pantry staples, or unique specialty items, I know I can count on food bazaar to have what I need.
What really sets this place apart, though, is the customer service. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. They go out of their way to make sure you have a positive shopping experience, and I’ve even had employees recommend products I didn’t know I needed!
The store also offers great prices, and I love that they have regular promotions and discounts. The quality of their meat and produce is top-notch, and I appreciate that they source local products when possible.
I also like the layout of the store—it’s easy to find what I’m looking for, and the self-checkout option is quick and convenient. I’ve never had a long wait in line, which is a big plus for me.

“I ordered an Italian cheese steak and it was too seasoned and salty that I couldn’t finish it after a few bites. However, the meat portion and size of the sandwich I would go back but ask them not to put the seasoning. I don’t think it is terrible I just had that one experience and it was nice and clean inside. Which is why I gave it 4 stars.”

That you can buy sandwiches or burgers and they upgrade and put like a coffee stand a like ramen stand so if you buy ramen you can heat it up there and the moment the you enter the City Supermarket you will feel a nice and cold breeze that you will kind of get the chills but in a good way so love this place ???”

“My frequent go-to for tacos in Bloomfield. The carnitas are not shredded but instead tender chunks, with just the right density and a lovely crispy outside. Always very flavorful. Cilantro, onions, a little lemon - consistent, affordable, and very delish.I also recommend the birria tacos that they serve on occasion, but you may want to call ahead to confirm as I believe it's not a daily item.I'll update with pictures as soon as I have the patience to not inhale my food immediately. “Been going here for years when they switched management it only improved what was already wonderful there’s always a diversity of creole/puerto rican foods. Fish, beef, pork, chicken, rices, stews, soups, hot pressed sandwiches like Cuban sandwiches, fried/ baked snack size bites like pastelillos, desserts like flan, bread pudding. Espressos, Malta’s, champagne cola/Caribbean sodas.”

Common grocery store items (milk, eggs, butter) seem to be cheaper in ShopRite but tropical sun has way better produce.”

What I really like is their selection of fresh vegetables. You can find a good variety, and the prices are hard to beat compared to other grocery stores. When the produce is fresh, it’s great quality and perfect for everyday cooking.
That said, it can be a little hit or miss depending on the day or location. Some items don’t last as long, so it’s best to use the veggies within a couple of days. Still, for the price you’re paying, it’s definitely worth it.
Overall, Aldi is a solid choice for affordable groceries, especially if you’re looking to save money on fresh veggies and everyday items. Great value for the price.”
“Ordered a cheesesteak. It was really good. The cook asked me how I wanted it but I told him just to make it however he makes it. He confirmed I was okay with all the toppings then proceeded to make it. That thing was so good and it was reasonably priced. It was on a long roll and while it wasn't jam packed with meat like in Philly there was a decent ratio of ingredients. My bread tasted fresh. I have a sensitive stomach so I try to stay away from corner store food but the sandwhich did not cause me any issues. The kitchen and store were really clean. The guys in the front (register) and back (cook) were courteous. I didnt have to ask for napkins, they gave them willingly when I paid.”

“Overall experience at Raymond Supermarket was phenomenal. I was in a hurry during an extremely busy day and stumbled upon this corner store. The convenience aspect of finding and purchasing what you need is unmatched. The staff is very polite and the establishment is very clean, this includes with the COVID-19 protocols. Every item in this store is reasonable especially if you are on a budget. Possibly the best corner store I have ever walked into, the term “bodega” in another words is a place I call home. Lots of frozen foods, ice creams and variety of appetizers. Check out the snack section and some home goods! Overall good prices but some disorganized sections - home goods and seasonal items.”
