We had a wonderful and successful shopping experience today! There are so many fun, useful things available. We recently completed a kitchen renovation project-we were looking for storage containers. Our cashier, Christine was helpful in finding discounts and sales! She was cheerful, upbeat and positive! Back-to-school is a great time to shop! The store is always clean and the displays are so well done! ?

This store is therapy for me! It is that good and I am someone who did not have even a passing interest in home organization/decor and now I am a convert. Particular kudos to the Livingstone store and the staff who are friendly and always willing to help and share their expertise. Big shout also to Kelly Ann J who helped us custom design the closets for our new home and the experience was nothing short of fantastic. TCS - long may they prosper!

I LOVE this store. I have never had a bad experience during all my years of shopping at the Livingston location. The staff is friendly, patient, and so knowledgeable about the products. Although a bit pricey, I can tell the quality is better than Home Goods or Target. I'm also so impressed with how well the staff treats one another. I always feel bad interrupting, but they always alleviate my concerns. I asked my cashier recently about one person who was so patient with another staff member, training him, making him feel good about his decisions, yet pausing to assist me. I should have known, but it was the general manager - either Malorie or Valerie (sorry). Not the first time I witnessed this from her, but the first time I personally interacted with her. A++++ hire!

The customer service and design support here is outstanding. I came in looking for some shelving units and ended up buying an elf shelf - Kelly Ann and Aidan were so very helpful, knowledgeable and went out of their way to provide information and assistance. There were other associates of which I asked questions and got such immediate and knowledgeable answer, I just had to write this review as this is truly outside of the norm in terms of service with their wide range of products.

This is a great place to buy specialty bins. I wouldn’t get regular bins due to pricing being a bit more, but waterproof bins & other specialty bins that you cannot find anywhere else, this is my go to!

We had a delightful experience. From Larry who greeted us right away and explained our dated elfa system could be altered to change with new needs for an older closet. Kelly Ann was a huge resource and amazing. Hope helped us to create a better set up for our needs. Aiden jumped in to fill out the order going above and beyond. Very grateful and very pleased.

Nice store and selection. Sort of a pain getting to but oh well. No one asked if i needed help and when i declined their rewards card to save $10 the old man said nothing else to me. Craptacular customer service.
