Select Auto is top notch! I literally just got home from picking up my car and the first thing I wanted to do was leave a review about my experience.
First of all, Tommy is so incredibly nice and honest. It's because of the way he presented himself that I felt comfortable telling him that I know nothing about cars; rather than seeing that as an opportunity to take advantage of the situation, he thoroughly explained to me the issues that my car was presenting and the recommended plan to remedy the situation. Despite my lack of knowledge, I never once felt pressured into doing something that would be extra or unnecessary. I was informed BEFORE any work took place so that I was not surprised when the bill came. I have experienced my last two points at every other auto body shop I have been to.
Second, the team worked diligently to identify and resolve the issues in a timely manner. A specialist was brought in to advise on a specific issue. A part was ordered that could have been malfunctioning upon arrival and the team did not feel satisfied with the result. Instead, they sourced other options to solve the problem. I received a very detailed receipt, outlining exactly where my money went.
I left Select Auto today with my car, feeling very satisfied with the work done and confident that these people are HONEST! I will never take my current or future car anywhere else for repairs and I highly encourage you to do the same! I will be sending my friends & family their way too. Thank you! “I picked up an auto transporter from U-Hail and.needed help to get my car up the ramp and secured. I googled "towing service" and clicked on the first result. I explained what I needed to the person who answered (Andrew) and listened patiently, then he said he can help me. It was Saturday around 5 PM, he texted his address and told me me to bring the truck/auto transporter and my car. When I got there, Andrew got the car on and secured it for me....and then he said there was NO CHARGE. Who does that??!! Andrew has a heart of gold and is an expert in towing.”

“Livingston Collision did an amazing job on my 1983 280ZX Turbo 5 speed (in mint condition). It was an old school repair that required extensive expertise..
I purchased the car about 40 years ago and have garaged and babied it since acquisition. When it was one year old in 1984, a lawn chair in my garage fell on the hood. It was a traumatic experience. I brought my car to Livingston Collision and Gene (the principal of Livingston Collision who since has passed away) replaced the hood and did a wonderful job. I recently had some work done to the car at another shop and somehow the hood got out of alignment. I decided to go back to Livingston Collision to have them see if it was possible to readjust the hood. I met with JR (who is Gene’s son) and explained that back in 1984 his dad had replaced the car hood. JR was wonderful to work with and he spent the time to explain the problem and the solution to the repair.
When I went back to the shop a few hours later, the car was outside and the hood was sitting in the closed position perfectly aligned. I believe that the repair took talent as this was done by hand with several fine adjustments to get it just right. More of an art than a science that only an experienced auto body technician could do. JR was wonderful to work with. I have used Livingston Collision a few years ago to replace a bumper on my Volvo from a minor accident. They did a great job then and a wonderful job now.”
