He was actually too responsive and had to cancel my initial request. With that being said, this is my third time dealing with this company and haven’t had any issues in my time with them. “I picked up an auto transporter from U-Hail and.needed help to get my car up the ramp and secured. I googled "towing service" and clicked on the first result. I explained what I needed to the person who answered (Andrew) and listened patiently, then he said he can help me. It was Saturday around 5 PM, he texted his address and told me me to bring the truck/auto transporter and my car. When I got there, Andrew got the car on and secured it for me....and then he said there was NO CHARGE. Who does that??!! Andrew has a heart of gold and is an expert in towing.”

“I can’t thank Mountain Auto Body and DJ enough for their outstanding work. I was in the process of returning my Tesla lease and, after completing the self-inspection through the Tesla app, was quoted nearly $4,000 for excess wear and tear. I’ve leased many vehicles over the years and have never seen anything close to that, every little detail was being flagged, which felt excessive.
I decided to get a second opinion and brought my car to Mountain Auto Body. DJ quickly assessed the situation and reassured me that the damage was nowhere near what Tesla had quoted. He took photos and, within just a few hours, provided me with an estimate that was about half the cost, much more reasonable and fair.
I moved forward with the repairs, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. The turnaround time was about a week, and the quality of work was excellent. You truly couldn’t tell there had been any damage at all.
