I usually receive excellent customer service at this location. However, I was there a few minutes ago and the staff look right through me as if I am invisible. I just replace the items and walked out.

First, I made a 430pm appointment, which was moved to 530pm. I get there on time, and they wasted 30min of my time asking what I needed to get done over and over. I had to explain getting a wash and blowout to 3 different people, and they still didn't get to me! The manager said I sound upset! Hmmmm, I wonder why. Smh.
ULTA Livingston has become such a mess. I haven't been here since my last stylist left, and I honestly doubt I'll be returning.
DON'T TELL PEOPLE TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS ONLINE IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE CAPABILITY TO TEND TO THEM!

I had a great experience at Ulta thanks to John! After waiting for a while without any assistance, I saw John helping another customer and decided to ask for his help. He was so friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. He truly turned my experience around, and I really appreciated his excellent customer service. I'll definitely be coming back because of him!

Came in to get a foundation recommendation and match. John in Mac was very sweet, helpful and attentive. The level of customer service I received from him was phenomenal. We need more people like him working here!

Had my eyebrows tweezed. They took me back to a table that had a white sheet on iit with hair all over it Did not feel like that was sanitary at all. Bugs on the floor so not clean. Grossed me out will not be coming back here Definitely not the brow experience I have had in there other stores.

This store has changed.. in a good way. I use to avoid this location due to previous experiences. I decided to give them another chance over the weekend and the employees are so much more friendlier and seemed more eager to help. Appreciate yall! ❤️
