I shipped a $200 worth contact in mid June and had not been delivered, I checked at this store in July, I was told that I would be compensated $100 for my loss, now after two months, Aug 18, I went to the store to check the progress, obviously it had not been taken care of at all. Someone told me he would work on it but it might take forever.

Was there about 30 mins ago and the older gentleman with a thick accent that claimed to be the owner, had the rudest disposition about himself! When I told him he was being rude he replied, “I am not” I then again told him he was rude he gave a half apology! Told me my package wasn’t delivered there when all along IT WAS !
Then told me I can come look for it behind the counter myself!
If he doesn’t like working with the general public, he should retire!

Very poor customer service, and they seem to charge for every little thing. They insist on inspecting the contents of your package, yet still charge you $2 just to tape the box shut.

If you need something packed - this is the place. They packed my 27inch desktop imac in a box to be checked on the airplane - going to Greece! They did an awesome job. I just took the computer out and it is perfect and works! They were helpful, efficient, communicative and worth the money. Thank you so much!

I strongly suggest avoiding this location. The cashier was incredibly rude and condescending. I had two returns and only one was processed because the label on my second return wasn’t scanning. I asked her if she could please manually enter in the tracking number, she curtly responded, “No.” I then asked if she could print the label, so I could reattach it but she refused. The whole experience was so egregious that I called customer service and reported the interaction.
I then went to the UPS in Roseland (12 Eisenhower Pkwy, store #7747), and had a great experience. The cashier had me email her the label which she reprinted for me as well as trying to first manually enter the tracking. She was accommodating and friendly. The store was clean and updated- I highly recommend this location over Livingston.

Absolutely pathetic store and their rules. No clear instructions what so ever. They charge for everything. East hanover store, Florham Park store are so good. Good people readh to help. Unlike this store. I would never waste my time going to this store again.

I've had mostly okay experiences besides today. I had a bunch of returns and decided to use the self service machine so there was less work for the employee since I was a bit disorganized. I had one big package so I asked the employee where to put it after I was done. Instead of answering, she just gestures. Keep in mind I'm 1 of 2 customers and the other individual wasn't ready yet. I wasn't sure where she was gesturing so I asked again and same thing except she looks annoyed this time. Still no response. Not sure if she was having a bad day but it just came off really rude. I asked again after I walked over since there were multiple possible places to put the package (table, wall, etc) and she gestures again. When I asked to confirm, I was ignored. She had no problem working with the other customer. Not sure if it was a race thing but definitely an unpleasant experience.

I don’t know why there are negative reviews on this UPS store. I go there all the time, either to drop boxes or to ship items. The people there are great! Always helpful and kind. Touty, the customer service lady, is absolutely amazing.
She is always kind and very helpful and always advising on ways for me to do a shipment better and more economical.
This is a local UPS store that I am very much happy to have near me. Thank you to all. You are a great team. Miki

AVOID THIS LOCATION..
Long lines, poor customer service and they charge you for things other locations do not.

Since I had forgotten to print the label, the elderly woman was quite kind in explaining what needed to be done. After I followed her instructions, she came up with the box that was to be shipped and left. She was very kind to everyone who entered the store and greeted everyone as they arrived.
