Well let’s start with the most amazing human being Garry he was the most kindest and energetic person from the moment we walked through the door and than to the big day he made us feel like family and made feel at home. Cheers to you Garry, you and your amazing staff as well was the most supportive and attentive ever. They made sure that our bridal party, parents, grandparents, and of course us had anything and everything we needed. We couldn’t be any more happy that we got share such spectacular day. If I could give this venue more stars I would give 1,000,000 stars. Everyone that came could and can not stop raving about this venue. Highly highly recommend these amazing people and this gorgeous venue. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.”
“We had our wedding at the Pleasantdale Chateau this past Saturday, and calling it extraordinary somehow still feels like an understatement. Multiple guests have already told us this was the best wedding they’ve ever been to—and we completely agree.
When planning, we seriously debated between the Pleasantdale and several famous New York City venues. Choosing the Pleasantdale was the best decision we’ve ever made—and that is truly not an exaggeration.

Elizabeth was extremely helpful during the planning process—from helping with floorplans and securing event licenses to coordinating with vendors. Her attention to detail made everything seamless and stress-free.

“Excellent service from the time we walked in the door until we paid our check. Cocktails were excellent and not your ordinary cocktails you can tell a lot of thought and skill went into them. Food was excellent and so was our server. He was very engaging and had a great personality. The dining is very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place and will go back for sure.”

The owner was respectful, communicative, and very accommodating especially when we received news that a snowstorm was coming on the day of the event. “Just as promised, everything was perfect. Our guests had a wonderful time, the rooms were gorgeous, and the food and service were excellent. You truly took care of everything, allowing the parents of the groom to simply relax and enjoy ourselves. The best part is that our son, daughter-in-law and all of our guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Jim, thank you for meeting with me multiple times, answering every call and email, and always being that calm, reassuring voice. Nick, your coordination of the entire event was masterful—seamless and unobtrusive. I appreciated that more than I can say. We felt genuinely cared for and heard by both of you, and we're so grateful for that.”
“Came here with my 2 year old. This place is excellent. Huge space, plenty of room for everyone and ton of activities and toys. People are kind. A special shoutout to the onsite cafe- the personal pizza pie will rival most pizzerias in quality. Anyone with a negative review- you must be one of the types that complain about everything. This place is perfect to keep your toddlers engaged and get social interaction with other babies without being on top of each other.”

“The place was great for spending time with friends and family. It was small compared to other bowling places I have been to but it doesn’t take away the fun I have had. The food was decent, not great but not the worst but the fried broccoli was a bit mushy. Other items were great, so were the sauces. Overall, this place can be visited for a good time.”

“I’m so happy to write this review! I was planning a rehearsal dinner for my son’s wedding. I was not familiar with the area near the wedding venue. I specifically wanted a location to accommodate 50+ people and allow me to bring in my own alcohol. I found The Warehouse online. Right from the start, I was greeted warmly by Lisa, who was able to talk me through the space, menu, staffing, pricing, etc. She patiently answered my litany of questions, worked within my budget, and presented me with a menu and plan for the evening. In a nutshell, the food was fantastic, the space was beautiful (shabby chic/rustic), very comfortable for the group. The staff managing our dinner, led by Noemi, was superb! She attended to every detail, beautifully displayed the bar options, food, and desserts. Not a detail was missed! We never felt rushed in anyway. I highly recommend The Warehouse for any event!”

The space is clean and stocked with amenities such as a big variety of table sizes, heating mats for catering, built in sound system and wifi-enabled monitors for displaying a logo or graphic. The layout of the venue is perfect for hosting, with one large party space and then a bar off on its own. Then, the staff enhances the venue even more…accommodating, kind, friendly, helpful and more. For a kids party (like ours) a milestone celebration of even a small wedding - book here!”
“Great historic theater. The sound at the Dark Star Orchestra event, 11/20/2025, was great. It was very clean and clear. Great crowd, great staff and the band was extremely good once they got warmed up, which didn't take very long. Dark Star Orchestra always delivers professionalism.
Parking is easy enough with both street parking and a parking garage close by. A pretty laid back experience all around.”
“We have had our event at PHS for a few years.it’s an event for adults with special needs. PHS have always gone above and beyond to make sure everyone has a great time. From set up , to take down t hey staff is amazing! The DJ is awesome ! He’s on the floor with the “ kids” getting them involved and having a great time. . Can’t say enough about the team at PHS!”
