I did not stop in @ Yoga with Love. I had taken a neighbor to the dentist next door. Yoga with Love was setting up, I am handicapped, but my interest was started by watching them set up. We all could use more Love.

I did a private reiki session with Claudine. Claudine has such a calming, compassionate and comfortable energy about her. I was easily able to relax. Claudine is the only one I will go to for reiki treatments.
We offer yoga classes, reiki, workshops and trainings. Our classes are creative and fun, and move at a perfect pace to allow for a compassionate practice. We focus on alignment, breath and self-reflection.
