New to lodi . I started off at cvs and they were so rude. My husband told me about this place and how I should go there. I have seizure disorder and my medication cannot be played around with. Richard is such a sweet man who really cares about his clients. He and his staff went above and beyond for me THANK YOU THANK YOU SOO VERY MUCH. I'M never going back to the big pharmacy again.

I was supposed to go on vacation yesterday with my wife and children and now I have to drive 13 hours to meet them there.I work 70 to 80 hours a week usually so when I have a few minutes on the weekend I try to get my medications a day or two early. Hasn't been a problem until now. I called yesterday Friday June 2nd. They said my insurance was not covering it. So I called and they said I've been able to pick it up for almost a week. Then they wanted my doctor to call and I asked him and he apparently forgot when they called me later apologizing. (I already knew he was incompetent before hand)I will be moving my business away from this place. 3 or 4 people I recommend here are doing the same because they dont want this issue.

Me and my family have been customer for a long time. Great and professional customer service. But recently my family experienced an act of kindness from Richard the pharmacist. He went beyond ensuring that we get the prescription filled where others like CVS just simply replied: “Sorry we can not help you”.

The pharmacy is a hidden gem in our area.The staff is great and customer service oriented It offer FREE DELIVERY and COVID 19 PCR testing along with immunizations.Great selection of products and gifts .Great to see these are still around !!!

My Oncologist called them to makea special mouth wash. He raved about how wonderful & considerate they were; especially Mary Ann. 2 wks later, again he said how great they were. Of course, I already knew that &:told him they've been very considerate to me.
